They fixed my problem fast-- I had guests in my house when it was 95 degrees and the AC stopped working! So I needed them to come quick, and they did! Great, friendly, courteous and fast! Reasonably priced too. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! The owner himself and an employee came on a Saturday in the pouring down rain to get our heat going again. Had to replace the ductwork under the house after water leak and was soaked and dirty after job but they did it!! Thank you VERY much!!

We have used B and D for 14 years now and wouldn't use anyone else. They are professional, do great work and have always been reasonable on price. They do not try and "upsell" you on big maintenance plans and parts that are not truly needed. They've made sure that any job we've ever had was done correctly and if there was ever an issue they made it right. Don Boaz has been in business for years and there is a reason for that.

We could not be happier with B & D and their prompt and thorough service from beginning to end. We had several issues with our previous HVAC company being difficult to reach and not prompt nor caring. In the heat of the summer or the dead of the winter it's always an emergency when one or the other suddenly quits working. B & D treats it like an emergency and immediately fixes the problem. Over the summer we also had a mold issue which has since been fixed with their mold remediation work. They did an unbelievable job and we are now mold free! It brings us comfort and peace of mind knowing we are cared for in one of the most important departments of our household. Thank you B & D!!!

Always amazing. We used B and D at the recommendation of our realtor for a new HVAC 3 years ago. They have been amazing at annual service calls and for any extras we needed, such as a request to install a UV light for better air quality. I would recommend them over and over.

This company is fantastic. Their professionalism is beyond reproach. I contacted them in the morning to evaluate/inspect my HVAC and they were there in the afternoon. This is impressive especially during the start of our summer months. HIGHLY recommend this company’s service.

B & D Heating and Cooling offer comprehensive HVAC services. We have used them three times. The result? A happy customer. Great service, clear explanation of the service provided, notice of what to expect and reasonable prices. This company understands how to build a loyal customer base.

Andrew and Kyle came to visit on Monday when I called on Saturday when my heat wasn't working properly. Despite my unit being almost 20yrs old it ended up being a smart thermostat that was smarter than me. I asked for an estimate for a replacement unit because they weren't like most companies that just push a new unit. I appreciate the integrity of the gentlemen that came and solved the issue and recommend them to anyone looking for hvac work to be done. The last company that came out (initials are pa) wanted to charge over $400 for a part they said we needed 4 yrs ago that is also still working today.

When my air conditioning quit working, I called BnD Heating and Cooling. Wayne came out the next day and fixed it. The problem was with the wiring and he fixed it at a reasonable price. I will definitely be doing business with them again because they are trustworthy.

**“I have two HVAC systems and a zoned setup, with the zoning equipment located in the attic. After having a long-time technician who moved out of state, this company was recommended to me, but unfortunately the service did not meet expectations.

The technician did not check all thermostats and said it was not necessary, even though verifying all zones is essential for a zoned system. He also did not inspect the attic where the zoning equipment is located.

I live in an area with a lot of trees, and every time I’ve had seasonal maintenance in the past, the outdoor units are opened and cleaned from leaves and debris by removing the top. I explained this to him, and he said it was not necessary, but that he could do it if I wanted. I told him I did, and after I gave him the check, he said he would go back and take care of it, but he left without doing it.

This was not just a matter of being less thorough, the service felt like the absolute minimum, and the level of customer care left a lot to be desired. I called the company after the visit, and they said they would not cash the check, which was the right thing to do. However, I would not recommend this company.”**

Do NOT use this HVAC company. I don't know if they are incompetent or unethical. First off, when they added additional heating and cooling equipment, instead of running a dedicated electrical line for the unit in the attic, they spliced into existing lines. Our new contractor found two boxes with melted wires and black scorching. It is amazing that the house didn't catch on fire and kill my family or the previous family.

The second thing I found out is they incorrectly installed a heat pump so that it was running A/C all winter long along with the heat strip. They must have known the wiring was bad and jerryriggged it.
I have pictures of the charred boxes and the build up of ice on the heat pump unit.

These folks may be polite, but they are not to be trusted. Do NOT hire them. Do NOT let them into your house. I went with them because the previous owners has used them, big mistake.

Not only that, but instead of trying to make up for such egregious mistakes they refused to service the unit that has quit working a mere 4 years later because of the "really, really bad review" I left about them.
