Brilliant Mechanical is the best! Dylan, the owner, is so patient and helpful. He sends his crew out quickly. Initially, Carl helped diagnose the issue, and he was wonderful and kind! Today, Henry and David installed my new unit. They were not only great at what they do but kind and respectful. I highly recommend Brilliant Mechanical!

Brilliant Mechanical is the best! They came out and fixed the problem with my heating unit quickly on the spot! I will always call them with my needs concerning heating and air in my home. I also like how they explain everything. The staff and technitions are always great to work with!

HVAC quit working properly and gave Brilliant Mechanical a call; they sent Carl out to my house the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me exactly what the problem was, and quickly got us taken care of. Their absolute professionalism and clear knowledge and expertise have earned a lifelong customer.

We were having some issues with our heating unit, Carl came right out and fixed us up. As always the Brilliant Mechanical crew was kind, courteous and efficient. They are our go to company if we have heat or air issues. Thank you!

UPDATE: I recently had Brilliant Mechanical install a whole new HVAC system and they were very prompt, quick, efficient and it was installed in less time than I expected. The technicians were very friendly, professional and respectful of my property. They were also very responsive to my many questions during the quoting process and were very flexible and patient while I made my decision.
ORIGINAL: Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Didn't try to upsell me and was up front and transparent about costs before performing the service.

Carl didn’t leave our house until he was sure the heat was fixed to where we needed it to warm the rooms! He went up and down the cellar stairs a dozen times to adjust and readjust until it was just right!! Thank goodness for the wonderful caring staff and the swift response to our need. I had brilliant replace three 20 year-old HVAC units in a home I just bought. They responded quickly to my initial call, and communicated very well through the balance of the process. Each of the installations is neat and professionally done. In discussing options and problems with the current system, it was obvious that Dylan knew the installation and operation of the systems very well. He also took a look at the ductwork which he said was in good shape and did not require any additional work.
If you’re looking for a new system, or need work on your existing system, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend brilliant to you or any of my friends.

Highly recommend Brilliant Mechanical for fast and professional HVAC service. I called Brilliant to get a quote to replace my residential, packaged AC/heat pump, and they sent a technician out that same day - sooner than expected! They promptly provided me with estimates on a few different units. Once I made my decision, Brilliant was able to schedule the install just two days out - very fast turnaround! Carl and David both did a fantastic job with the install and went above and beyond in meeting my requested specifications for the unit. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I'm definitely glad I made the Brilliant call!

Our service technician (Carl) was exceptional. He came earlier than promised, after respectfully checking that this was OK. He promptly diagnosed and repaired our AC. To our relief, it was the lowest cost failure — a capacitor — and he conscientiously assured us that we didn’t need to be concerned about anything else. It’s never fun to have an AC problem, or an unexpected expense, but it was a pleasure to interact with this fine young man.

I had Brilliant replace my HVAC, and they were extremely impressive. At first they tried to just refill my Freon, but it turned out the leak was pretty severe. Fair price, responsive, professional, and polite. They had to take down part of my fence to install the HVAC and you can’t even tell they had to move it. Nick B. was very professional and helped explain the details. Would highly recommend. They truly had my best interest in mind.

I also had them replace some duct work and was equally impressed.
