When my AC unit wasn't working, Chris was at my house promptly at 7am. He fixed the issue quickly, explained things well, and he inspected all aspects of the AC system. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I noticed my water bill had been rising substantially month over month and I had no running toilets or obvious problems I could find. I was referred to Broussard plumbing by a friend and it could not have been a better experience. They discovered the issue quickly and fixed the problem. The technician was on time, professional and most important, I didn’t get the run around. Highly recommended.

I have used Broussard Services twice. Once for a new HVAC system install and when the heat went out after after a lightning strike. For HVAC install, they assisted me in selecting an energy efficient system that was within my budget. The work was completed in a day and the staff was on time and professional. The second time, they were the only company (I called three!) that were willing to come out to east Nashville on a Sunday on short notice. My neighbor's heat was out as well and the tech checked the issue even though there wasn't an appointment set up. I received excellent customer service at an affordable price. I also like that I am supporting a local, family-owned business.

One of the best choices I've ever made. After going through not 1 but 2 other Nashville AC/HVAC companies who came out & did expensive repairs that only prolonged the problem. A friend recommend Broussard Services to me. The technician was there on time, immediately diagnosed the problem as the other two companies did but neither recommended a changeout of one of the units. They did. They were running a summer special I was unaware of & applied that discount to my bill. Talk about good people. In the meantime while I waited a few days for my changeout they repaired the problem free of charge for less than the first two companies & were honest enough to tell me it was only a temporary solution. Thank goodness I took my friend's advice. I was already $1000 in the hole & Broussard Services helped pull me out. They also installed a toilet for me that was too heavy for me to lift after it was delivered. Thank you & a job well done. I highly recommend this company.

Broussard setvices were lifesavers during the ice storm! The professional crew of plumbers came out to our house on Old Charlotte Pike in Nashville Tennessee within hours of a pipe bursting during the ice storm. They replaced the faulty pvc with a new pex line and had the problem fixed in less than an hour and had our water back on the same day. I would not hesitate to call them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Our old water heater was going out. Broussard services came to the house, diagnosed the problem and replaced the unit. It was done, surprisingly fast, very clean and professional. 10 out of 10.
