A coworker of mine came to me and said his unit was keeping up and wasn’t for sure what was wrong with it. I contacted, Cedrick, and he dropped everything he had going on and put him in contact with a great technician who came out next day. Cedrick is always very helpful and knows what he’s doing. First off, let me say Trevor at the front provided amazing service. We were in from out of state and looking for a part that no Carrier location in our home state had.

We called this location, and Trevor setup our account to be ready to purchase in Tennessee, then went and got his hands on the part to make sure it was there. TOP LEVEL SERVICE

The store was clean, and the workers in the pick up area were helpful and very pleasant. We were in and out in like 15 mins.
Thanks to these great employees, a military family with a husband on deployment had their air back on the next day.

As a driver making a delivery…got held up on the interstate bc of construction. Was a few minutes late and Trevor took care of it and got me unloaded quickly. Just keep in communication with them and they are good.

Semi-truck driver. A bit thigh but no super hard to maneuver if docks are empty. When u arrive park by the front and walk to the back so nobody blocks the access to the back..

Great wholesale location on carrier units.

Review for delivery semi truck. Arrived at 7:25 am for 8am deliver. You turn into the driveway as if you're going to the Amazon gate, but keep to the left towards the building on your left. Follow the driveway around back and they will let you know what dock. Ill update with unload time. Not a whole lot of room especially if there is another semi already in the docks. Make a wide turn as you come around the building then pull straight towards the little pond and back up.

Stay on da left side of Amazon entrance ,park n walk to da Back wait for them to go get you & give u a door.

Not very good customer services

Friendly customer service. But takes forever to receive your orders. My average wait time is about 30 to 45 minutes

Appointments only but as you may know: receiving locations with “appointments only” means their logistics sucks, I came here by 7:30 am, my appointment was at 8 am, as soon as I came here the receiving guy told me: is going to take me 4 hrs to unload your TRL, so I told him: “that’s fine, after 2 hours I’m charging DETENTION, and he said: “I DONT CARE, WE DON’T PAY DETENTION”, after the 2 hours waiting to get my TRL unloaded, I called the agent of this load (I’m a truck owner and I live here in Nashville TN) and I got $150 extra. And it took him more than 4 hours to finish his job, after this delivery I’m taking a couple of days off and I’m cool with this type of BS (because I live here) but if you’re coming to this place bring whatever you need ‘cause “OLD PEOPLE” find it very difficult to do things that younger person would do in less time. I would definitely avoid this place if I’m an OTR driver. By the way this place is way to thight for trucks with sleeper receiving docks for OTR trucks is #2 so if there’s a local driver coming in he is going to park on 3 or 4 blocking your way out, if you’re a company driver and you can’t avoid this place contact your dispatcher at 2 hours past of your appointment. And get your DETENTION.

They NEVER ANSWE THE PHONE!!!

I'm a driver that delivered here and the unloading staff was very rude and didn't inform me of what they were doing.

The worst place to try to get parts. When you call no one answers the phone. The absolute worst place to try to get someone on the phone.

I was delivering A load here. Some of their unloading staff were very rude. I was stuck for an about nin hours was also late for my next pick up.
