Great Service...I had never heard of this company previously, but the arrived when they said they would and provided professional services.

They were great, because of the storm they didn't charge the normal service charge to check the unit. That was a blessing.

So Thankful and impressed by Bobby and the whole Claud Heating and Air team. It’s 7 degrees this morning and my Heat /Heat Pump isn’t coming on. They answered my call and responded with quick call back and device. Thank you Bobby and All of the Claud Heating &Air team!

During an ice storm, after business hours, over the phone, they walked a mother of a new born through the steps to get her heating back on and now it is working. This act of service over profit was done for a lady in my neighborhood.

This company is incredible and provides top notch service from the office to the technicians. We have had them out several times since moving into our new home and they are always prompt and provide outstanding service at a reasonable price.

Our AC went out on a Saturday. I called this company as they had installed the system when our home was built. They advised me of service charges for the weekend and prices for the regular work week. Tech was at our home within the hour and diagnosed then fixed the issue within another half hour. Very easy to work with and we are pleased that the AC was working during this warm weekend.

A shout out to the technicians (Bobby and his partner tech {sorry his name escapes me}) who recently came out to repair my homes heating unit, which another HVAC company had made a mess of! These two techs had my heating up and running within less than a couple of hours. The other HVAC couldn't fix the issue over the course of three weeks! Thanks to Claud HVAC, I have heat...YAY!! Thank you, gentlemen, and also, thank you, James (correct name?), Service Manager, for being able to schedule the request for service so promptly. Very, very much appreciated!

I had to call Claud's to address a condensation drip issue at my home. Bryce took care of the problem in no time. He was courteous and quickly identified and corrected the problem.

Great service and clear communication, was able to book a technician visit same day.
