I’ve been using them for the past couple of years and they have been great. I always get a handful of quotes before spending money on expensive appliances and I have always felt like they are honest and fair. I do the Halo club because keeping stuff clean is extremely important for this climate and for the Amana lifetime warranty.

My AC units weren't working correctly, blowing lukewarm air. I called Halo at 11:30 and they were out at my house by 2. Jason and his partner were out and checked everything thoroughly, efficiently, and quietly (I had 2 napping toddlers in the house). They were knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't try to sell me anything or push anything. They were here to help, did routine maintenance, and answered all my questions. I definitely will be calling them again when I need some work done.

Allowed me to make an online inquiry and appointment and they responded immediately. Technician arrived on time and had parts on the truck to fix the problem in one visit. In another instance, had to replace the entire AC system and it was done quickly and professionally.

I found a recommendation on Next door for Halo. Jacob Hood was the technician that came out. I had a broken coil that needed to be repaced. Jacob gave me the price to fix the problem or to replace the unit. After answering my many questions I decided to repair the unit. I was very impressed with the customer service from the first phone call to the completed repair. I will definitely be using Halo for all maintenence and repair of my heating and air conditioning. I will also be requesting Jacob as my technician when possible. Very honest and customer focused company.

After researching several companies, I definitely picked the right one. Josh, a Halo tech was fantastic. He explained everything he was doing as he did it and was most professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Halo and would also recommend asking for Josh. Thanks for a job well done.

I’ve used a few different companies in Nashville, and Halo is by far the best. The folks answering the phone are pleasant and helpful, and the technicians are knowledgeable and respectful. They always arrive on time and explain the steps they’re taking. Highly recommend!

Chris made the decision making process to purchase a new heat/air unit very easy. He gave us several options with different cost. We are excited to have the new unit installed next week and for Halo Heating & Cooling to service our other units.

1) Knowledgeable technician who was friendly and a good listner.

Good people who really actually care about what they do and how they do it. It was the peak of June and my AC stopped working. They came within hours' notice and fixed my unit for a very reasonable price. The technician was super courteous too.

Halo Heating & Cooling so far the best heating and cooling service i have ever had. I have used them 3 times and nothing but great experience. My last visit Matt showed up right on time fixed AC super fast. Once again i am very happy customer. I will use them every time.

Halo was very competitive in pricing to replace existing 3.5 ton unit. They were able to respond quickly on time and did an excellent job in removing old system and cleaning up some errors they found in prior installation. In fact they beat my then provider substantially on same equipment and tonage.

I highly recommend Halo for any HVAC issues you are having. I was having a problem with my fan and condenser coming on, and called Halo based upon the numerous positive reviews I had seen. Their guy Trevor came out, did a bit of troubleshooting, and had me back up and running 30 minutes later. The problem was a fried capacitor (which was admittedly an easy fix), but Trevor was very helpful in explaining and fixing the problem quickly and efficiently, and at a reasonable cost. I will not hesitate to call them first if I have any additional problems!

I had to write this review. A week ago we contacted one of the more well known HVAC companies in Nashville. They were busy and couldn't get to us for at least a week. Then, I called another well-known HVAC company who did make it out the next day. After diagnosis our problem, he said it would be $800 to fix it. I wanted a second opinion so I called Halo. The gentleman (I think his name was Chuck) came out the same day I called. After looking at our air conditioner, he asked if we were still under warranty. I found out that we were. He then suggested that we contact them because they will be able to fix it for free. I couldn't believe it. I love it when a company doesn't seek to take advantage of you and they really help the customer whether it is with them or another company. You have my business moving forward because I can trust you. Thank you!

Well I sold my house in the Nashville area but would like to say these guys did a great job servicing out HVAC system! They were courteous, prompt and answered the many questions I had. Best company I dealt with in the Nashville area. Also of note, I felt I could trust them... straightforward all the way!!

We purchased our HVAC from Halo, after a very poor experience with the big company in town. (They stated they had multiple options in several price ranges when they came out to the house, but later would only provide quotes for the brand name units in their inventory)
Boy are we glad we turned to Halo.
Local, reliable, friendly and very reasonably priced.
We couldn't ask for more.
Unit runs like a dream and they never once tried to upsell me.

I had one large room in my house that was not getting cool. And that family room was the best room for large gatherings, which meant lots of warm bodies added to the warmth. I was considering adding another HVAC unit. The Halo staff listened well to my concerns. They did NOT try to up-sell me like Lee did. The Halo folks suggested adding 2 fans in the duct work to force the air back into the family room. It worked! A few years later, the family room was not getting cool again. Halo came out and replaced one of the fan motors and fixed the problem again. The Halo workers are professional, considerate, and eager to help. Halo has always responded quickly when I have had a problem, too.

Trevor was my technician arrived on time, very polite, courteous, and professional. He worked very stead and got the job done without wasting anytime. He didn't try to sell me something that I did not need. He did an excellent job and I will have them as my Heating and Cooling company for everything in the future. Will recommend to ALL of my friends and family.

Amazing service!! I called all around town for a quote and service and Halo absolutely beat everyone I spoke to in every regard: Customer Service, Service, Product, Expediency, Workmanship... As Jacob was done with the AC replacement, I found him sweeping the area. I told him not to worry about it and his response was, "I need to leave the area better than I found it." Now THAT is attention to detail. Definitely a 5-star job!

Great service! The technician showed up when scheduled and got the service done quickly. We had them bid on a small job and they discussed some options as well as finding the best install solution. We'll definitely use them in the future.

Halo Heating and Cooling did an excellent job installing our new HVAC unit. We couldn't believe how competitive their pricing was and they were very clear up front about pricing and installation. We had heard of them through our neighborhood website and we are so glad we chose them to install our unit. Thanks guys.

The service technician was excellent. I have never had air conditioning service as top notch as this. He went out of his way to thoroughly clean and service AC. ( In the past, others had simply briefly checked the air conditioner as well as the Freon. I highly recommend this company.)
