Alfred was great to work with. Solved the problem, gave me some options, let me make a decision, and told me how I can get back in touch with Hoffman when needed. Great experience. Really appreciated not pushing an upsell on me.

Henry came out found our leak and solved the issue. He was so kind and thorough. He also walked us through every part of the process. We would highly recommend Hoffman Brothers!

Michael Philbrick was great! He was really knowledgeable and was able to explain everything clearly. He did a really thorough inspection and went over any problems that we ran in to. I 100% recommend using Michael Philbrick for any electrical repairs!

Hoffman Brothers is the best. We had Richard come out to our home to look at our broken oven and he was the consummate professional - friendly, warm, accommodating, THOROUGH, and thoughtful. He gave us plenty of options for both repair and replacement and walked us through the rationale for all his decisions. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable at any point - even while I was trying to wrangle my 2 and 3 year old at the same time - and it was clear he knew what he was doing. I’m sticking with this company from now on.

Bradley came out to take care of a busted tankless water heater and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We signed up for the monthly protection plan and any issues we have, Hoffmann will be our first call - can’t recommend Brad and yall highly enough

Quickest service response ever. Randy identified the issue right away and contacted the crew that could help. The issue was not my dryer (called Hoffman brothers because my dryer was overheating and had an electrical smell) but a hazardous vent system that was not up to building codes. Much bigger issue than a dryer. Could have had a fire if not taken care of. He arranged for the crew that takes care of these things to come out the next day.

Mr Brantley Moore was the electrician for the work performed on this job. I am very happy to report my experience with Mr Moore was very good. He is personable and very professional . I’m very appreciative that he entertained all of my questions and insured a good customer experience. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. I will definitely call Hoffman’s Brothers for future electrical needs.

I had a different company come out for a quote first, but Travis at Hoffmann Brothers was way more thorough and took the time to find a better solution that would do what I needed and cost a lot less. Cody came out to do the EV charger install and he was super professional and did excellent work. Very happy with my experience with Hoffmann Brothers!

Great company to work with on your home plumbing needs. We had to have our main sewer line replaced due to years of root incursion. Henry and the Hoffmann team went above and beyond to make the replacement with the right solution and even made an extra trip to get us temporarily flowing until they could complete the project. Highly recommend you give Hoffmann and Henry a chance to quote your next home plumbing project or need.

Rainer M. Was very thorough and pleasantly answered all questions. Cleaned up after inspecting washing machine and gave multiple options for resolution. Overall - very helpful and considerate.

Bryan was great! Very knowledgeable, especially regarding very old houses. He listened to what I was wanting to get done, and worked through the process thoughtfully and thoroughly. I am impressed with him and with Hoffman’s customer service. My house is 95 years old, and I closely vet anyone that may be working in it. I highly recommend.
Update: Bryan completed the work I requested in a timely and complete manner. He showed up on time, was personable, and kept me informed throughout the job. It has been a pleasure to work with Hoffman Brothers, and I will do so again. High quality work, fair pricing, open and honest, and they show up! I still highly recommend!

My heat went out just before it turned cold this last time. I called and Mason was able to come the same day. He diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit very quickly. Mason is very respectful and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.

Justin did a great job, along with his assistant. He gave us an estimate of the time it would take to install the circuit board, and he was pretty spot on. Highly recommend!

Needed an electrician asap before closing on my house. After booking online, Justin was here within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in about 30 min. Great customer service and very appreciative of the timing with everything!
