Caleb HVAC Technician was on time, respectful of home and property, knowledgeable of the HVAC unit and willing to answer questions and help me troubleshoot.
The service call was $75.00 for approximately 1 hour of time spent on resolving the units issue. I felt safe in the technician company and can’t praise J&J Mechanical enough.

J & J is always great. Available, nice, knowledgeable. Caleb came out and found all the issues my system was having and didn't quit until everything was fixed and working correctly.

We got prompt same day service. The technician got our gas pack going again within a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend this company. And we will use them again in the future if need so.

They are honest, trustworthy, good at what they do and always on time. I could not be more happy with them! Jason and Caleb are who I normally have out and they are both super nice and knowledgeable. J & J Mechanical Services came to repair our heating unit on the same day I called. It was on Saturday & I needed quick repair to get heat. We have had J & J install our new unit last year & another unit serval years ago & some repair. They are always quick to come & does A+ Service. They are very knowledgeable & know exactly how to install & repair. All people are courteous & helpful, Including Pat in the office. I would recommend them as “The Best “

These guys were amazing!!! I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to my AC. I had no idea whom to call when our AC wasn’t working properly. I saw J&J had a lot of positive reviews so I went with them. They were able to get me in for a service appointment immediately and were ON TIME to the appointment. I wasn’t sitting around wondering where they were. They were very knowledgeable. It took them all of about 2 minutes to look at the AC and tell me what was wrong. They made sure to check for other possible mishaps that could be contributing to the issue and told me how to handle things in the future. They also replaced a filter that was on my ceiling. They did all of this in about 20 minutes tops. 10/10 would recommend and will continue using in the future.

We have been using J & J Mechanical Services for several years. They are always very responsive, the techs are friendly and knowledgeable, and they take great care of us. Most importantly, we feel like they are honest in the work they do.

J&J Mechanical is the most reliable and responsible company for any HVAC needs. They are good people and would not trust my home units to anyone else. They are very quick getting to you as well. We also just used them at the Vet Clinic I work for and they had to do some complicated work in an older building to install new units, but they handled it and came back to check on it several times since it was a unique installation. Highly recommend. Oh and they are reasonable prices also.
