I deal with Johnstone supply all over United States. But this particular store was absolutely amazing much better than the ones I've dealt with anywhere else. I strongly recommend anyone in the HVAC industry to do as much business with Paducah Kentucky Johnstone supply. If you see Jeff tell him Arin says hello.

My AC Condenser Fan Motor went bad on the weekend and I was able to locate one on Saturday afternoon at Johnstone Supply for a very reasonable price. It's great that they have someone on standby via a cell phone who was willing to meet me at the store at 5:30 PM on Saturday so I could purchase the motor and get my AC working again on Saturday evening.

Great selection of HVAC products at a very fair price. The staff is very friendly and are also very efficient on getting you loaded up quickly! I prefer this place over any other HVAC supply house in Nashville.

Beware of allowing this location making equipment selections for you. When they make a mistake they will not rectify it. They will blame you for their mistake.

worst ever experience in my life the lady charges me $100 without getting me the part i want.i paid for nothing.

They have greatly declined ! Staff is not knowledgeable and will tell you anything they think sounds good and will get you out the door .They claim they have a warranty dept when the warranty is handled by the parts manufacture.The Nashville branch is managed by a young guy who doesn't take care of his customers he is a yes man to the owners of the company .Took close to a year to resolve a warranty issue because he didn't know how
