Never recieved a call back after leaving a message, as a result I went with someone else for a new install

Initial contact was good. But once they figured out the issue took 2 weeks to return to make the repair. Then ranted about getting paid when we told him we need a W9 filled out. Repairs only lasted a couple of weeks. Had to get another company to actually come fix the issues.
