Kyle and Stephen were absolutely amazing to work with! The installation of our new unit was very quick and and high quality. Amazing customer service! Quick appointments. We had an emergency and they came out quickly. Their technicians were friendly and very knowledgeable. The prices are very affordable too. We will never use another company!

Jonathon Fowler was excellent. He appeared on time, checked my furnace inside & outside, gave his opinion as to the best solution, & answered all my questions. A+!

Mike Noble appeared promptly at 10 am at my house to give me quotes on a new heating system. He spent 2-1/2 hours answering all my questions & explaining features of the different furnaces. Mr. Noble also explained One Hour’s guarantees. He was friendly & very informative. A+.

Great service! My technician, Shannon, arrived early and got right to work after confirming the quoted price of my repair. The system worked properly after he finished, so we're satisfied! My dog got out and the other technician present helped me corral her. It was a good overall experience, and I would definitely recommend One Hour!

I just had my yearly air conditioner service done and I was pleased with the work. I was advised the service technician was on the way and would be there soon. Zach arrived and gave my air conditioner unit a complete and thorough cleaning. Zach was a very nice young man and I was pleased with the work he did. I will continue to use One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning for my service and repairs.

Amber did a great job. I say that because she had to clean up all the mistakes that were caused by the installers of my new HVAC last May. This is the second time someone has corrected the mistakes. All that being said, I will say at this time I am so upset and have been for years with Petrie One Hour Heating And Cooling. They are high pressuring in sales. Brendan who sold me my unit was such a high pressuring man and then the two young men that came out to put it in were too young. They did not have the experience and then it was a rainy day, which I asked they not install on that day but again Brandon said I had no say in that, which caused them to drag mud in and out of the house andin the lower level where the HVAC was located. I had to clean my carpet after it was finished. I cannot tell you how upset I have been with the service, the battle I had about even receiving an invoice and other information about what kind of a HVAC I even had installed. For a cost of over $12,000, there were no documents given to me at all. From the very start with the high pressuring from the sales person, Brandon, to the very expensive cost of this HVAC, to the Installation, to the lack of any response regarding concerns I’ve had, Pietre One Hour has not been supportive. I’m so sorry i continued to be loyal to them as they certainly were not loyal to me a 25 year Customer. Unfortunately I now learn of their bad reputation by many others. I only hope this message will help others not to experience what I have, Thank you, Amber for all you did for me: cleaning out of my dehumidifier, which One Hour was supposed to be maintaining for me and had not, for finding all the other Installation errors in my HVAC, for making me feel like I finally received some service that was much needed. Please be aware when making this very costly purchase that you have a good installer and service provider behind you.

Wilson, was Great. He asked the right questions and listened carefully, I felt like I was communicating with someone twice his age. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer questions that were not particularly just about the AC unit.

Ronnie checked our system and gave it a clean bill of health. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

Ashton did a fantastic job! Being new homeowners, he was able to give us advice and tips that will help us out in the future. And we were so pleased with how professional he was, we went ahead and signed up for the annual members plan! The benefits are really awesome being a member. Brett did my electric inspection and checked everything. All was well so very happy. Brett was very professional and thorough.

Had really good technician come and take a look at my air conditioner that wasn’t working. The technician spend a good deal of time troubleshooting. Overall a great experience.

Justin was the technician that came out and was so informative. We just purchased a home and he went through and explained our HVAC system. I would highly recommend this company.

Very good rep. Explain the quote for a new hvac. Was impress with the guarantee they offer if I was buying a membership. Otherwise they are someone I would consider to call to look into whatever problems.

We had our yearly check up today on our heating/air conditioner unit. Our service man was Corbin Holzner. He arrived when promised and performed the required service as promised. He was knowledgeable in all aspects of my unit and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. He was also very nice and easy to talk to. Well done One Hour.

Last year we finally pulled the trigger installing our 2nd floor with heat and air. Went with One Hr because they said they do even electrical. Well if one has a straightforward electrical system that is. Ours was not but luckily we found a good electrician to take us on. One thing One Hour doesn't do is adjust their methods from city living verses woodlands. After Zach passed on our concerns to his manager we were contacted by the manager immediately and he assured us our concerns would be addressed. Within minutes Curtis came out to assess our concerns and his solution put us at ease. The service and ethics of "One Hour" is refreshing and exemplary! NOTE: Our one year check was once again a impressive experience with Kohlton who we will request for all our services going forward!!

Austin was prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. There was no hard sell of any sort. He provided his expertise on the state of our units and explained the work he did. He wore shoe covers inside, which I always find to be thoughtful and very much appreciate. We are big fans of One Hour Heating & Air.
