Super fast, especially with such a large building. They also did it off hours which was very important since we are 24 hours facility. great work! thank you and will have them come out for regular maintenance cleaning and deep cleaning.

I tried out Will for 7 months. For someone who claims he’s a business man and beats his chest about it there was nothing professional about his manner in speaking to the person that gave him work. First we negotiated a price based on what he saw on the property and what I explained to him need to be done. He came back after one cleaning and said needed a raise. I gave that to him. He negotiated again after 3 months, gave that to him also, 7 months later he tells me he can’t work with the current rate yet again, snaps and raises his voice demanding I give him a good review, stating he did all this extra work and which was minimal at best (stuff that didn’t require much effort while he was waiting on laundry to be done. Example change a battery in a door keypad) Will doesn’t get this is a client / service driven industry and expects his clients to meet his ever changing rates and demands. Did he clean yes, did I have to bend backwards to accommodate his demands , yes but not anymore. Happy to terminate his service. Good luck to him.
