Went to three different places to find a part, and every place said to go to Fergusons. Next time, I’ll just start by going to Fergusons.

They had the part, and staff was just so much help.

Look at this photo of these Toto THP4004 CERAMIC CARTRIDGEs. The minion on the left...he's brand new, in great shape, and he's totolly in thanks to Ferguson's and the great staff working there. Thanks also to them for the water while i waited (not long, just a few minutes). And thank you for getting that part NEXT DAY from your distribution center. Oh, that minion on the right? Yeah, he's straight cracked, a leaky little fellow to be sure.8

While house sitting in Nashville I had a issue with a kitchen facet,
I tried calling and emailed photos to Peter, he helped me solve the issue over the phone. I greatly appreciate his assistance. Thanks!

They usually have anything I need. My new staff is usually very helpful.

I wasn’t able to find the replacement part I needed for a specific faucet manufacture there. However, the employee Kevin did everything he could to help me (a non-plumber and new home owner) figure it out. I will forever go back to this location.

Kevin was so helpful, kind, and genuine… can’t say enough how thankful I am of that.

I was having plumbing issues at the shop I own but could not figure out how to fix it. I tried everything! I’m not super knowledgeable so I decided to find somewhere I could ask someone. I looked up places I could stop by in Nashville and decided to stop here. They guy at the front with tattoos was extremely helpful and knew exactly what the issue was plus how to resolve it. I’m pretty sure his name was Mike. I will definitely be going back to Ferguson if I run into any other issues in the future! Highly recommend.

They carry everything plumbing and if they don’t have it, they’ll get it for you. Best counter in Nashville.

Direction to receiving - turn right/left on massman dr from Elm hill pike then turn right to ward receiving Ferguson. Very tight to back up but they got me in and out before my appointment. Appointment important.

I called in advance to see if they carried apart before I made a trip to them and they said they had it. I. I get there they do not carry that part that part. I think they should make sure and check to see if they carry apart before they tell the customers that they have it.

Trash service, worst supplyhouse in nashville. They deleted my earlier comment. 100 employees an absolutely nothing get done in a timely fashion. IF YOU GOT NOTHING BETTER TO DO OR LIKE WASTING TIME GO HERE.

Bought a shower surround but returned it within a week was told l would receive a refund credit. A month has past and no refund credited. Called after 2 weeks and told it was processed, yet nothing has been refunded. Recommend you take business elsewhere.

I had an unpleasant experience with your company that involved a visit to both your Old Hickory and Elm Hill locations. I was directed to your store on Old Hickory for a shower cartridge. A gentleman working the counter at the first store took one look at the cartridge and immediately told me that the store on Elm Hill would have the part. I spent thirty minutes navigating traffic to get to the Elm Hill store. I waited at the counter for 5-7 minutes before ever being acknowledged. While waiting I heard several obscenities mentioned by one of the parts counter workers. The gentleman that “helped me” gave little concern for my situation and immediately told me that you didn’t carry the part I was looking for. He proceeded to try and reach out to the other store to find out who had sent me to that location. Not sure what good this would have done as all I wanted to do was repair the shower for my family to use. The experience left a bad taste in mouth and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Spoke with Rhen R and emailed him pics of the part I need. He replied and said they could order the part. I never heard back from him and he didn't reply to my follow up email. I called and spoke with Zachery C and went through the same process of emailing him pics of what I need, except I didn't receive any reply at all after 2 emails to him. I called a third time and was put on hold for almost 10 minutes and then the system hung up on me. This all happened over a 3 week span. What kind of business are you guys running?? I can't believe it's this hard to get a part ordered!!!
