Great friendly and helpful

These guys charge a 25% restocking fee on returned items so if you buy an exoensive part that you don't end up needing, they're going to make you pay them 25% of that part to take it back. Their return policy is no where on the receipt. You have to go online and search for it yourself or find out about it later. Honestly youu are better off buying many plumbing parts online if you can because these guys are over priced on many of their plumbing parts. Something online might cost you $40, it'll be $60 or more at this place.
