David did a great job clearing our French drains. Was thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I called 2 plumbers and 1 didn’t show up on time and they were trying to use deceptive practices. Zoom showed up on time and had all their prices revealed upfront. Guess who got my business today?! Zoom. I highly recommend them

After looking at the situation, he told me what he thought the problem was. He cleared the line them found a problem with the pipes. He fixed the problem . I will call Zoom Drain anytime I need a plumber. Oh yes, he informed me of the price before starting work.

Gary is a complete professional - efficient, exceedingly neat, and thorough in assessing more than just the clogged sinks. He spent 2 hours cleaning out the grunge and showed us the sparkling clean pipes after the job was finished: the snake has a camera!

Brad @ zoom epitomizes what customer service should be!! Not only was the job completed quick and effectively, but Brad explained to the how and why's, of my drain issues and what to do to prevent. Above and beyond with communication and made me comfortable with his honesty and disclosure of everything he was doing. My only go to if I have issues again, and would highly recommend his decades of experience to anyone.

Garrett from Zoom Drain came to clean out my drain line on Sunday afternoon. I was very impressed by his knowledge and ability to quickly find the problem and then fix it. Garrett is a very nice and respectful young man.

Reliable, knowledgeable, thorough. Garrett showed up right on time. Everything he needed was mounted on his truck. He didn’t need to call Bubba for the hose. Garrett had his own. He quickly assessed the issue and presented me with options that were fairly priced and have proven to be above and beyond effective. I thought I was going to have to suffer through the holidays with drain problems my now fired plumber did not have the equipment to fix. Seeing my distress, another plumber recommended Zoom. He said that’s who he uses. Go figure. Zoom…the plumber’s plumber. These drain specialists are ready, able and accurate. One and done folks. Fast and courteous. Clean and focused. Adam was so helpful he thoroughly explained the procedures and pricing, he gave me updates he was s patient with my terminal spouse and nosy dog he did a great job cleaning up I just couldn’t be happier about the process
