Dennis Spence with Bone Dry Roofing was extremely professional and spent time explaining all of the issues on my property and how they would repair them. Bone Dry and all of their staff were exceptional and I highly recommend them.

I used Bone Dry to repair my soffits. The team they sent out were great. Very friendly, quick, and professional. They did a great job and ensured that everything was fixed properly, even showing me photos of their work that could not be seen from the ground. Would recommend and use again if the need arises.

I highly advise Bone Dry Roofing. I had a leak near the boot/exhaust vent on our roof. I had received multiple quotes of over 1k plus by local contractors. Andrew with Bone Dry Roofing is absolutely amazing. He came inside assessed the damage, and then took his time walking the entire roof. He sent me a detailed video of his findings while he was on the roof. The boot was not damaged (as stated by other contractors). He excelled and exceeded our expectations by having our leak completely fixed. His knowledge and expertise help save us thousands of dollars. Andrew is a great guy, Bone Dry Roofing is blessed to have amazing crew members. I will only use them moving forward. Thank you!

I couldn't be happier with Bone Dry Roofing. My roof repairman Johnny was a professional and a master at his workmanship. It's been a year and the repair is better than the original builders. Jody and Johnny were responsive...no delays, no missed appointments, on-time and like I said, the repair is better than new. Bone Dry Roofing is the only roofing company I'll call from now on!

Bone Dry Roofing did an excellent job putting on a new beautiful water tight roof on my house. They were very efficient, on time and did a great cleanup afterwards. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a roof.

these folks are top notch. they quoted me, dropped more than a dozen color samples, scheduled quickly, dropped their materials off, came and did a quick but thorough job, i had one rep the whole time who communicated the whole time with pictures, they took care of the property very well and really couldnt have asked for anything else to make it better.

are they the cheapest? they sure arent. but you get what you pay for is how i like to think about these kind of things.

hopefully i wont need another roof for 20+ years but if i do id call em again.

Fantastic customer service! They walked me though the entire process. From filing with my homeowner's insurance to walking around the home ensuring I was happy with the final product they were complete professionals. My roof looks amazing, but it was constant care to ensure I felt heard and understood the process that will make a customer for life.

Bone Dry helped me out after tornadoes swept through Nashville a few years ago. My roof only lost a few shingles from some branches and it was really hard to get help since there was so much demand. Bone Dry provided an estimate in a few days (which was approved immediately by State Farm) and had my roof repaired at the end of the week. We are very pleased with the service provided by Bone Dry Roofing. From the initial contact, throughout the process of getting a new roof, everyone was excellent to deal with. Jody was our first, in person, interaction and he was knowledgeable, friendly and took time to explain the entire process to us. The crew was also amazing. Quickly completed the job, with many updates and photos through the day. Once completed, they cleaned up and you couldn't even tell they were here, except for our beautiful new roof! Bone Dry Roofing is now my preferred roofing company. They were able to work around my narrow schedule and get me the repair that the insurance company needed when purchasing my home. Bone Dry responded quickly to my inquiry and communicated clearly throughout the process. It took several weeks to get the work scheduled, but that is exactly the timeline they gave me during the estimate. They were very respectful to me, as the homeowner, and were very helpful with unexpected challenges here when they arrived. They’ll be my first call for my next house repair!

Bone Dry showed up for a requested estimate on time and prepared. We were given a detailed estimate and an expected date for work. The timeline was approximately 5 weeks out, which was what the other company had quoted us as well. We chose to proceed with this company because they seemed like a better choice. We received a call from the office confirming details and gave us the same tentative 5 weeks out. We received a call about 2 weeks later letting us know where we were and during the conversation we mentioned the last rain had come in; we were told with an active leak, we would be moved up. We were scheduled for the end of the week, but they were able to get to us earlier. The roofer showed up just before 7 and began prep. There was more damage and rot, which had been discussed as possible. The roofer explained and showed how to evaluate the remaining life for our roof. (Thankfully 5-7 years away.) He removed all the damaged wood and replaced it, sealed it and reshingled the section. As was discussed and written in estimate there was an additional charge for more needed supplies, but it was only about 100.00 dollars. When the time comes, we will be using this company for our next roof. Every encounter with everyone from this company was pleasant and the type of people that you would enjoy having over for dinner.

We discovered a leak in our roof, which was bad enough to be causing indoor ceiling/drywall damage right before some hurricane storms were supposed to be coming through — I called Bone Dry late on a Monday afternoon and they had someone out to take a look the next morning. We were told when making the appointment that it would just be a consult, but Jared took a look, knew he could get it fixed quickly that day, and within a couple hours the job was done! He also identified a less immediate need for repair in another area of the roof and got that scheduled for us to avoid wood rot in an outside area of the house. We got to test out the repair quickly as we headed into three days straight of downpour, and everything stayed perfectly dry. Pricing was great, Jared was super friendly, and we are very thankful!

We highly recommend dry bone roofing! They are very knowledgeable and affordable. The customer service is amazing and they got the job done expeditiously! Dennis showed me every problem wrong with my roof, took photos and videos so I could see and I received the quote the same day! He even took time to talk to my Papaw, so I didn’t have to explain it to him! They got me in faster than anticipated. Everyone was so nice. Will be using them for any future repairs we might need!

Bone dry did a great job at coming out and fixing what needed to be fixed on our roof. We had a couple shingles that needed repairing and a couple vents that need repairing. They decided to go ahead and change out one of the boot fence instead of repair it with no charge. They’re clean up was good was good. Timing was good.

They knew we were in a time crunch and worked us in within a week in order to meet our deadline. I was very impressed with the quality of service provided by Bone Dry Roofing. I called them to look at my roof after noticing water spots on my ceiling. They came within a few days to inspect the roof and were able to identify the active leak and a few other potential areas where water was getting in. They provided a reasonable proposal to address the issue and were back shortly after to do the repair. I really liked how throughout the repair I was provided with photo updates showing each step as it was completed. I thought it was a nice touch.
