A company that seems to be busy like the rest of us and everyone else but impressed by the owner and his kindness in coming out to my property to talk about my needs and the two gentleman/electricians he sent out to complete my hookup. Jason and Jeremiah were kind and respectful, took a second to ask questions to get to know me and than performed a flawless install without myself being at the property with them. Great update at end of day with a picture and a conversation about a follow up. Thank you diversified.

Diversified Electrical did an excellent job for me.
They return calls promptly and show up on time!!
It’s tough to find reliable help these days.

They were friendly and professional and got the job done within the timeframe and price that they said they would. Definitely recommend and will call them again if any other electrical work is needed.

I like the electricians from Diversified. Always do good work. Neat and steady at the job. Worked on my old house several times installing everything from new kitchen wiring and art track lights to an EV charger.

Our ceiling lights had blown the fuse several times. Shiloh was able to hunt down the source of the problem and resolve it. We are very pleased.

Milton was great, couldn’t believe how difficult it is to find a reasonably priced electrician in this area that can get work done sooner rather than later… everyone I called was a minimum 5-7 days out or more but somehow I stumbled upon his number and I’m happy I did. Nice guy, fixed all issues and didn’t spend an unreasonable amount of time there. Good work and affordable. Hope this helps him get more business. He deserves it. Thanks again

Could not have asked for a better outcome. These young gentlemen came prepared. They knew exactly what was needed and how to do it. I have used Diversified several times in the last few years on two different properties and have always been completely satisfied.. I highly recommend this company.

Zachary did an excellent job capping off a junction box with hot wires, finding a solution to the exterior light that had no switch by replacing it with a motion sensor fixture, and checking out another fixture that was indeed safe.

We had a big job done by DEC. They were Very professional. And the process was quick and easy. Gavin was excellent. He was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions and concerns and get the job done. Thanks again.

Diversified Electric installed my power connection for an EV car. Jeremiah and Jason were highly efficient and cautious. They skillfully found the appropriate place in my garage wall to place the outlet, where it would be most convenient and not destructive. They took their time locating that spot. I am impressed with their skill and efficiency. Highly recommend them and all the members of Diversified Electric.

Courteous and respectful workers. Fixed my electrical issue quicker than i expected! Solving an issue that another electrician attempted to fix for 6 man hours (2 guys, 3 hours). Shiloh solved it in 1 hour!!!

This company has been to my house a few times this year. They do great work has reasonable prices. I called them to come to my parents home, I would never have anyone come to their house if I didn’t approve of the work they did at my house. The owner Milton came by to see what was needed, he scheduled an appointment around my dad’s dr appointments . I don’t have any complaints, I may not get the owner all the time, I know whoever shows up should be just like him.
I have been blessed to find the right electrical company. God gave me the break I needed . lol

I had to replace an odd kitchen light which had blown out. The two young techs came the day I called and told me I needed a new fixture. They also changed a light in my hall. I told them I would check out Home Depot online but decided I wanted to see lights at the store.

Went to Oak Ridge store, found a light I liked and walking back to my car saw the two techs. Showed them the fixture and they said they would swing by later. By 4 o'clock the work was done and everything was done quickly and expertly. Otherwise, it would have been at least two or three days until Home Depot delivered a light from Nashville.

Shiloh and his assistant (in sorry I don’t remember his name) were great. Polite, professional, worked as a team, efficient use of their time. They fixed the 3 items I’d requested— replaced 2 light fixtures and replaced a dimmer switch with a regular switch. Thank you. I’ve used Diversified several times in the past several years and continue to be pleased with their work.

The office was polite and effective. Milton did a great job of reassuring me.Shiloh was friendly and polite. He answered all my questions and worked quickly and carefully. He cleaned up after himself and we are as happy with the experience as we could be!

We had a wonderful experience having Diversified Electric replace the 60+ year old electric panel. Milton's pricing and timeline were clear. Everything went super smoothly. Jason and his crew coordinated well with the City of Oak Ridge. They worked expeditiously to complete the installation in one day so that my 96 year old father would have power back by the end of the day. They returned the next day to label the panel box and to move the ground wire to a permanent spot. I was super impressed that they fully concealed the ground wire in the carport. All their work is extremely neat and professional. They travel with an 8 ft. ladder and made my dad so happy when they replaced a light bulb in the cathedral ceiling that had burned out. Such kindness. Everyone I've dealt with at Diversified has been a pleasure to work with. I'll have them back to check out a problematic hall light fixture soon.

A truly exceptional experience. The young man was friendly, helpful and right on time. He helped get everything set up and we were incredibly happy with the service we received. Will definitely use them again!

This team is absolutely awesome! From the owner to the electricians to the office staff! They are friendly, compassionate, and very efficient.
