When you have an issue with your plumbing, you do not have all the time in the world to select a plumbing company. Brian Lee with My Professional Plumber gave me a solid quote and put our minds at ease. Even though we did not use the company at this time, any issues that our company, myself, or any of my friends have in the future I know who we will be calling. Great service, Great employee and awesome company to deal with.

We’ve used services from My Professional Plumber several times. This project was to replace a leaking shower. They left the work area nicer than when they started. Timely, professional, on-time fair up front pricing. We were very pleased with the work and the guys doing the work. Highly recommend.

Chris patiently listened to all my plumbing issues! He was thorough with his diagnostics! He helped me with financial assistance loan! He got parts and finished the same day! Friendly service! Will recommend you for sure. Another company, before you, was not helpful. So thank you so much!

We had our main drain backing up into the basement. Robert and Adam came out and did a great job. Since it was their first visit to our house they did an overall plumbing assessment as part of the service. Robert and Adam got the clog removed and used a camera to identify problem spots in the line and discussed options for a long term repair. They were both very pleasant and professional throughout the job. I appreciated that they gave us a 2 hour window when to expect them and kept us informed with texts and phone calls. I would definitely use MyProfessionalPlumber Knoxville again.

We have discovered that since our house was built in 2007 that our contractor cheaped out on some of our plumbing. Thankfully we haven't had any major issues as of yet. Jimmy came to look at leak from an upstairs shower drain that was leaking into a downstairs closet. He communicated with us step by step showing us everything that was broken and how he would be repairing it. He also kept us up to date on any changes in the estimate. He did an excellent job repairing the leak. He also fixed a leaking shower head in another bathroom and checked our water pressure. Jimmy also offered (with no pressure) their Diamond Club service that is $155/yr which has some great benefits (yearly inspections, cheaper service call, etc). We took the service so they can come do a full plumbing inspection for us at a discounted price. It gives us peace of mind since we are now worried we will find more problems in the future. Long story short, I highly recommend My Professional Plumber! :)

Robert arrived on time, was very honest and not pushy at all. He flushed my water heater, attempted to raise my homes water pressure and gave me a quote on installing a gas line in my kitchen for a gas range. I am very happy with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a plumbers services. 10/10 👍

The plumber, Josh Kitts, was absolutely wonderful! He was very knowledgable and able to answer all of my questions. He was very respectful of our home, and cleaned behind his work. He was prompt and arrived within the time given, and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.
He was also very cordial and, overall, a very pleasant individual! We would definitely recommend the company to anyone, and will definitely use them again!

Bill Miller did an awesome job. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered the solution. My commode was leaking because of a crack, so he will be back to install my new commode after Thanksgiving.
Bill is definitely an asset to this company.

Jimmy and Brady installed my new hot water heater today 6-7-21. They did a great job and were knowledgeable and professional. Hope I got Brady's name correct.
Chris came out tonight, 6-10-21 , as my garbage disposal was leaking badly. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new one for me. I was fortunate to get him so promptly. He was great. My Professional Plumber is always there for me.

Chris and Nick were great. They installed a new tankless water heater. So much nicer then the old tank one and takes up less room. They did a great job and I would highly recommend My Professional Plumber, Inc. For any plumbing issues.

This is the best Plumbing company I have ever worked with! And Josh is especially amazing! He is so professional, helpful and knowledgeable! And he always takes the time to explain things to me. I feel like he's always looking out for our best interest. I highly recommend this company!! Their Diamond Club plan is worth every penny too!

My wife and I were very impressed with Bill at My Professional Plumber! From the time I found MPP on line to the time he showed up to give me a quote was only two hours. Then, he gave us a fair price so we went ahead with the work of moving two water supply lines and a drain to accommodate a new bathroom vanity. The work was done efficiently and with great care. We couldn't be happier! He even helped us move in the new vanity and drilled holes in the back of it to accommodate the new water lines and drain which was above and beyond. We would HIGHLY recommend Bill and My professional Plumber.

Brian was great!! He went above and beyond. I had a great experience with this team from calling to schedule an appointment to helping me get in contact with the person best to help me with my next step in repairs. I really feel Brian went out of his way to make sure he could do everything thing he could to help correct and/or find my issue with my septic back flowing into the house. If ever needed, I will definitely be calling this team again.

Very professional and explained everything that needed to be done and cost upfront. Could not be more pleased with the installation. It was neatly done and no mess and all work really looks great. Pleasure doing business with Bryan Lee, I would highly recommend him to anyone and will he will be the one I call if another plumbing need arises.

We’ve had a few plumbing issues/fixtures replaced lately -all handled by Bill Miller. He is very professional and friendly, and helps out with suggestions, etc. He is very knowledgeable, and we were confident each time that issues would be resolved. We now ask for him specifically if he’s available and will continue to so. Office staff is very responsive and great to deal with.

This company is amazing! They were incredibly professional, explained everything in detail and listed options. Bryan is our usual technician but we have also used Chris and Jeff, and they are all top notch. The quality of the work is always immaculate, and five star quality. The office staff is also very nice, professional, and diligent. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

These guys are fantastic! We had an emergency with toilet backing up into shower & they were here within an hour! Great communicators, Knowledgeable, extremely professional and incredibly gracious & fair. They go ABOVE & BEYOND to please their customers; are properly & professionally equipped. We have had plumbing and heat and air done. Cayden Eubanks was very friendly and easy to talk to. Was very thorough and able to answer or get answers for any questions. Finished the work same day.

Bill was on time, well prepared, and very easy going. The job was done efficiently with a well cleaned up work site when done. I am pleased with the professionalism and will have My Professional Plumber come back to take care of other maintenance items. I originally hired the company to work on a water leak on a weekend. They answered the phone, and had Bill come out in less than two hours. Again, they were here when they said they would be and fixed the issue on a weekend. Overall, I am impressed with their service.

I’m very pleased and will definitely use My Plumber again! I needed same day service and someone was sent within a couple of hours. My plumber was very nice and respectful. He wore shoe covers, explained what he was going to do, gave free advice and when the job was completed he asked if there were any other issues in the house that I’d like him to look at. Wonderful experience!

Arrived on time. Prompt, professional and the repair was fixed in just a few minutes. Learned about their Diamond Club which I ended up joining…it was a “no brainer”. Lots of perks to the club membership
