Tony came out to install a new vent for me at my office. He was very knowledgeable and had me taken care of within a couple of hours at a great price. Highly recommend!

We had our dryer vent cleaned today by Chattanooga Vent Pros. The gentleman arrived on time and after speaking with my husband went outside to take a look at the vent that was clogged. He proceeded to clean birds nests and lint out of our vent. Mr. Hooper was very polite and friendly during the entire process. We WILL use Chattanooga Vent Pros in the future.

From the moment I scheduled an appointment with Anthony, I was impressed. I received a text message with his picture when he was en route, so I knew what he looked like and when to expect him. He arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly inspected my vent and dryer and showed me pictures from the inside of my vent. He also made recommendations for an exterior vent cover replacement when I asked. I never felt pressured to purchase anything—just well-informed to make the best decisions for me. His prices were very fair, and I opted for a vent cleaning and exterior vent cover replacement. Throughout the process, Anthony was mindful of cleanliness and noise, and he continually sought to be thoughtful—including leveling my dryer and trenching in front of my ground-level exterior vent cover for better airflow.
