They do a thorough job and are reasonably priced. We referred all of our neighbors to them and now they mow lots of the houses on our street!

We had a big job with multiple areas and flower beds. They did a great job executing our visions and were very quick.

The crew was at our home the next day. Took 2 days to finish the large project..will call on them again. Cut back overgrown Pyracantha bushes an holly bushes, hauled them off an cleaned up.

Wonderful crew! Easy to communicate with Brian. They even trimmed back the weeds in my front bed 🤣 makes it look less crazy from the street and I really appreciate that.

Ray Lawns came to cut down a very overgrown backyard. They were professional and polite and got my backyard cleared without a problem. Other companies had seen it as a problem.

I just have to say, they have NEVER disappointed me. If you are shopping for a reliable, quick, value for lawn expertise with an eye for quality do yourself a favor and just make the call to them! You will not regret it. The owner and his wife are kind, helpful, and know what they are doing! I bought a new home that was overgrown and I needed some non cookie cutter services with a project in the back and they said yes we can do it! Their prices are competitive, fair, and the quality is spot on! I truly truly can’t say ANYTHING bad, only GREAT things about this company, owners, and their hard workers! All I can say is thank you. I’m currently getting an aeration and seeding for the spring. I’m beyond excited! For clarification on my lawn, it’s weed ridden and some grass here and there that has been neglected for years. I’m in process of making it a nice lawn for next year! They believe I can choke out the weeds instead of the expensive options of killing all the weeds or even sod. I trust them! And might I just say, hiring a local business they have an attention to detail that I just don’t see in big companys. I will forever be a customer!!! Again, you WILL NOT REGRET CHOOSING THEM!!

Ray Lawns has done an amazing job only rental properties. I like that I can trust they do a great job even though I am not always there. A great business that I recommend to other investors and home owners.

Usually I don't write reviews, however this is my second review of Ray Lawns. Brian and Mrs. Ray have been out to our home appx. 4 times now and I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism. The reason for this review is to comment on a landscaping solution they came up with recently that saved me a few hundred dollars.

My yard pretty much sits on top of a bed of boulders that were barely covered with dirt and grass after the subdivision was excavated and laid out. Many spots (giant rocks) started to crown over the years and the boulders were wreaking havoc with my mowers. They also looked horrible and created bald patches in the yard. Initially I was looking to have someone build up a few inch layer of dirt and then try and level that out and seed. To do this right and not have my lawn look lopsided with a bunch of mounds that stood out would have cost a lot more that what actually fixed the problem.

Brian calls and says he has a solution...dude came out with a sledge hammer! HAHA! 3 hours…no more boulders… Saved me a ton of money I can now use on other areas of the yard.

Brian at Ray Lawns has been landscaping my property for over 3 years and have always been impressed with his professionalism, timeliness and pride in his work. Brian has helped me with a multitude of landscaping projects over the years from, installing emerald green arborvitae trees, tree and shrub trimming, fire pit border and mulch installation, seasonal back yard maintenance and debris clean up and just helping in maintaining the amount of water the yard needs as the temperature and season changes. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the maintenance and care of my lawn. This is a small business owner who is doing it the right way.

Having just moved to Ooltewah within the last year, I needed topsoil and yard build up. I called a company out of Decatur and they put top soil down and that was it. It was cloddy, unlevel and all around terrible job.

I then contacted Brian from Ray's Lawn and he came out and ensured me he could make it right, made suggestions and immediately I was captured by his genuine sense of caring for his customers and a doing the job right.

Boy did he live up to that. He and his crew (Uncle Robert and Louis) showed up Saturday ready to work. It was highly coordinated work, he smoothed my previous top soil with a Harley rake, put new sifted top soil down, seeded and fertilized.

I think I have a new best friend. This fellow is the go to company for your lawn needs. If you are skeptical on lawn work, please use Ray's Lawn. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED.

I had Ray Lawns install a friend drain system around my house and have perform regular lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming). Brian and his team are always good to work with and will ensure any job is done correctly and meets your satisfaction.

They always treated me professionally and courteously, and I could always count on a perfect cut. They also did amazing at trimming my hedges. The edging they did along the street and sidewalk was sharper than any other lawn care company I’ve had. Would recommend to anyone, five stars.
