Amazing customer service, knowledgeable technicians and reasonable prices. They even made room for a last minute check before the most recent snow storm which was greatly appreciated as we have small children and needed to ensure our heat was working properly.

This morning, Jerry Matthews and his assistant, Franklin, arrived to install our new Honeywell HVAC system. Our prior unit had lasted many years. They were timely, competent and informative as they installed the complete system and even took the time to teach my blind husband how to use the control box. We could not have been more pleased with their services. Prior to their arrival, we also received a diagnostic visit from Mike who quickly identified the problem and instructed us how to help the old system keep going until the new one arrived- it worked! His visit was immediately following followed by the receipt if a very reasonable bid for the new HVAC installation. This all took place within a few days on a hot summer week. We cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Air Comfort has been maintaining, and installing, our systems since we bought our house 23 years ago. I believe our first system lasted 22 years in large part because of their maintenance. We experienced a complete loss of heat during extremely frigid temps one winter when the unit was quite a bit older. Air Comfort responded quickly, and because of our maintenance plan, the large component they replaced cost us under $300, all in. Air Comfort installed our current HVAC system and has taken great care of us ever since. We purchase coverage for 2 years at a time and it includes 3 visits each year. Mike is usually the technician, as he was this time, and he is exceptional! This is a great company to service your HVAC needs.

Highly recommend this company!! After calling a few other company’s and having a few guys come out with no answers, we gave air comfort a call. They were quick to respond and send a tech out, in less than 5 hrs of our call they had resolved our issue!

I called Air Comfort Heating and cooling during this crazy winter storm in Middle Tennessee January 2026. My mom’s heater stopped working when the temps were in the single digits. I reached them around 8:00 and they had a technician there by 9:4 0. The technician Wes was extremely caring and quick to locate the problem and get it resolved. They are my new go to for anything HVAC related.

We have an Ameristar unit that was installed in a new home build since 2020 and since that time the evaporator coil has broken now 3 times. Comfort Air has said to us on multiple occasions that our builder chose a cheap unit and that’s why, even though it’s a unit they chose to carry. In the last 3 years I have spent days trying to figure out a solution. We were told to reach out to the manufacturer who then continues us to tell us to reach out to the installer. Here we are again with no AC. With a young child in our home and this is very unfortunate. Everyone has been friendly on the phone and Cory has been nice when he has came to look at the unit. Regardless of their manners this issue still persist and Comfort Air has not been able to resolve the issue. They have told us that the best option is to pay them to put a brand new unit in which is completely insane on a unit that is only 4 years old.
