Higher Standard installed our new AC unit in April '22, since our old one broke. They did exceptional work installing the new unit and making sure everything was done correctly. The few days before Christmas, right when the cold front was coming, we had an issue with power not going to our thermostat, so we had no heat. Their tech, Gerald, came out and was able to fix the problem and we had heat again, which we were grateful for because it got down to negative 20 with the wind chill. Higher Standard is a small business and their customer service and work is great! Highly recommend Higher Standard if you are looking for an AC company in the Clarksville area.

I had some issues with another AC company and they told me my air conditioning was unfixable. Higher Standard dropped everything and came right over on one of the hottest days of the year and got things fixed in less than an hour. Very genuine and honest people could not recommend them enough.

Outstanding and prompt response, I believe they have top tier employees. If you want great and honest service, call this team. My go to team for any future needs.

I couldn't recommend this company enough. Mr. David Green answered the phone, even when he didn't have to and was incredibly polite and helpful. Like many have said, the very next day he was at my house and had us back in heat within 20 minutes. Mr. Green is incredibly experienced & knowledgeable and took the time to explain details to me that were even outside the scope of his repair. Not to mention, his prices are beyond fair for the services received. Mr. Green is a great representation of the type of man this world needs more of and it shows through his work. He will be my 1st call everytime I need HVAC help in the future.

I had such a good experience with this company. I called late in the evening expecting to schedule a visit for the next day but they offered to come that evening and fixed the A/C in under an hour. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The owner, David, was outstanding! Our AC unit went out on a very hot day and David was at my house within an hour to fix it. He was very respectful and knowledgeable, and provided great advice on how to maintain a clean air filter. I highly recommend Higher Standard Heating and Air for all of your HVAC needs!
