Had an airtech truck tailgating me this morning on 40 to 129. I was doing 70mph and he blew right be me. He has a tail light out so ide have him take care of that soon lol. Never used their service so no comment on that, just the tailgating and excessive speed.

Do not use Airtech. They sent me a plumber that did not have the proper tools or parts to do the job. The plumber asked me if I had a pair of needle nosed pliers he needed to work. I gave him my pair.
Then, they charged me for a technician that left my property to get supplies at the full $90 labor rate. They billed me $180 for 35 minutes of work. I told the plumber he was using the wrong toilet seal (wax seal) for my backflow toilet and i had to stop him from installing it. . I had to go purchase the correct seal from a local supplier and give it to the plumber. Incompetent . Unprofessional. Then, after I supplied the seal at my cost, they billed me for an additional $40 for materials. Materials? I supplied them!
I wrote a letter to the owner complaining about the overcharge and he never responded. I did get a call back from a Todd Stansbery and he agreed to remove the $40 materials charge and the $90 labor charge that was for the hour his plumber left the job site to go get materials. Todd told me he would adjust the bill to include a 1 hour minimum charge when the plumber actually worked less than 35 minutes. He ended his conversation with a strong threat to me to never call Airtech again, and hung up on me.
Avoid this company Unethical. based on my experience with them .

I would give 0 star if there’s possible. Do not hire this company. This is the worst plumber I have ever encountered. The plumber had no experience at all. I told him exactly what needed to be done, but he wasted 6 hours doing nothing useful. In the end, the job was not completed, yet they still wanted to charge the full amount. I hired another company, and they completed the job in just one hour!!!!!!!!

Just watched an airtech driver refuse to get over and stop for an ambulance, effectively forcing them the wait, so that he could make a left turn off western. None of us like waiting to turn left off western, but we don't think that matters more than people's lives.
Called the company to report, was asked if I wanted to make a complaint and then swiftly hung up on when I said yes.
Seems to me they know their drivers are putting others' lives at risk and just don't care.
Leaving this review so that if I ever need service, I know not to go here.
