I just had a leaking coil in my new air conditioner that was diagnosed by Jamel. The weather was getting hot and I was very uncomfortable. The only opening for the repair was in 2 days. However, Jamel missed his lunchbreak so he could run to their supplier for the part, and then he squeezed me in to repair it before getting to his next job. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and such a hard worker. I am so very appreciative of his efforts! Great service!

Jeremy was professional and quick. He talked me through the process and replaced the faulty capacitor while evaluating for possible future problems and suggesting maintenance routine.

My AC unit has gone out every summer for the last few years. This was my first time using A-1 Finchum and I won’t be using anyone else now. Tyler was one of the nicest guys I’ve met and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend!

Arrived in time frame given. Technician was polite and answered all my questions and did a great job checking out the whole unit. He also supplied me with a thermostat manual for the one the technician put in last visit and he programmed it for me so we no longer have to manually switch it between heat and air. Definitely recommend A-1Finchum heating and air and especially the technician that was here today( I wish I remembered his name) had migraine and I just don’t remember his name but I am thankful he was the technician I got. The tech arrived later than anticipated but he was thorough and even found a serious issue that the last company had done to our system. Fairly priced and very attentive to detail.
