With the craziness that Covid is, it was nearly impossible for me to find a plumber who could repair a broken sewer line in my front yard. I was recommended Kidd's Plumbing from a few real estate investor friends in Knoxville and I am so glad I reached out to Ron. Christian his nephew was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions for me about the process. They even called KUB and got my lines marked immediately so they could start digging. I couldn't be home for the process but was updated throughout the day with photos and calls. The price for the job was very reasonable and I couldn't be happier. Ron even came back out when I was home to show me what they did and explained everything. Would use these guys again and again. Wonderful business.

I had a great experience with Kidd's Plumbing. Ron Kidd answer my call right away, came out within a few hours and was professional, quick and courteous. I would highly recommend Kidd’s plumbing. During the cold weather we had a main break and they came out late one evening in the cold and worked late to get the line fixed for us!!! Absolute life saver!! Very easy to work with and very responsive.

I have used Kidd’s plumbing twice this year. Once to replace leaky supply lines and faucets, and just recently to replace a leaky spigot. Both jobs were slightly complicated due to the way the home was constructed, but Christian worked his way through the challenges and completed each job. Very friendly, quality work, and fairly priced. Highly recommended.

The worst person doesn't recalls schedule with you than lies lies lies ..+the worst might be cheap get what you pay for if it ever happens.

Scheduled appointment for 8:30am. By 9:45 I left to go to work since plumber wouldn't answer phone. I called a competitor and they came on out. Will not call Kidd's again.

Does not call when they say. Called yesterday about a water heater installation, and was told I would be called at 9:30 or 10:00 this morning for them to come by and give an estimate. It is now 4:37 p.m.. Still no call. Unbelievable.

Called for a simply line movement said he'd come out in 2-3 hours. 530 or so that day, many hours after the window he gave, he showed up and gave an estimate. Said he'd have a guy come out within two to three days. I waited. No one showed. Called back and was told the guy coming out was behind and having issues with something. No details given

A week later now; no follow up call, no one came by and texts to his direct number have gone with no response.

I'm in a bind with this has I can't finish my other project until the lines are moved so time wasted is killing me. Would not recommend calling this guy for any plumbing needs.
