My husband and I wanted to add an outdoor hose faucet and replace another one. We had Jesse come by and the experience was great before he even got here! I received a text message letting me know that he was on his way and it included a personal photo of him and his wife that made me feel so much more comfortable before he even was even at our house. He also called just to make sure the time was still good and was incredibly friendly once he was here .

He was upfront, ready to explain anything, and was excited to help in anyway possible. He did an incredible job and fixed our water pressure which we knew was bad but didn’t realize how bad it actually was! He was excited to help with anything he possibly could, even if it didn’t relate to plumbing. My Professional Plumber was fantastic and Jesse was even better! 10/10 recommend.

My professional plumber put a new stand up shower in my house and replaced the tub with really nice fixtures for a great price! They were clean and very respectful! Give them a call for your plumbing needs!

Jesse was awesome! He fixed my issue quickly & performed a very efficient inspection of other areas. He discovered things that need to be fixed that I didn’t know existed and would cost me much more down the line if not addressed. I would definitely recommend Jesse & My Professional Plumber to anyone!!

I used My Professional Plumber today for the first time and am glad I chose them. The entire experience was outstanding. The office was very communicative and the service overall was outstanding. I was impressed with the professionalism of the service technician, Derek Gibson. He showed up early and did everything he said he was going to do. He worked quickly and did a great job. I’ll definitely use this company again.

The plumber who came out to assist us was Jessie. He arrived when he said he would and was very professional. Jessie was well-prepared for the job, really knowledgeable, and stayed until the task was complete. Not only that, but he double checked to be certain everything was taken care of before he left. Leaving no stone unturned, he was determined to be sure this was done right the first time! This plumber was also very friendly with a good sense of humor. He finished the job that evening and gave us a quote for some follow up work we are going to need to do, explaining everything that would have to be done. Extra kudos for coming out on a blah rainy night too. I can highly recommend this plumber for your plumbing issues, rest assured he'll get it done right!

A follow up here: Jessie along with Bryce came by to complete a sewer line replacement. They did the job correctly and ended up getting it done quicker than I thought too! Jessie pointed out how the line that was installed before we bought the house wasn't done right and showed us how they did it the way it was supposed to have been done before. I was very satisfied with my service and will most certainly use him again if I encounter any more pluming snafus!

Chris did a PHENOMENAL job at our house. He was here for 4 hrs & cleaned up everything before he left. He was extremely punctual, polite, gave us the upfront cost of the job and we are planning on having him back for another big project ASAP. I highly recommend Chris & My Professional Plumber. By the time he left he felt like family. We were very at ease with Chris in our home.

We had a great experience today with My Professional Plumber. Bill was our technician today and he was excellent!

Bill and Jacob came out to fix our tankless water heater. As a result of Bill’s deep knowledge, they didn’t stop with just that. Bill recognized that the issue with the water heater was a symptom rather than the root problem. After replacing the Pressure Regulator Valve for the house and adding in an overflow tank for the water heater, we are back up and running with the proper pressure throughout the house. I can’t say enough about their professionalism. They came out when I needed them and even came back the next day to complete the larger problem. They were very respectful of our home and truly listened to our concerns. If you need a plumber, you can’t go wrong with hiring these guys.

Jesse and Jacob did an absolutely amazing job helping us with our water heater replacement and service visit. They offered same day service and were very helpful and patient with all my questions. They will be my go to & top recommendation for any plumbing needs going forward!

Should change the name to personable, professional plumbers. Its never fun spending money but people like JESSE BOLEN make it a bit easier. Seriously, no muss, no fuss, and good convo while he assessed our situation. He even fielded my cost questions like a champ and made me feel like we were getting the best deal we could get, that's pretty rare especially for a penny pincher. Jesse and Joe replaced my water heater in two hours and had my house up and running. Kudos to hired these two.

Called to have a copper water line replaced and My Professional Plumber was able to send Rance out same day. Rance was wonderful to work with! He communicated what could be done along with providing pricing and did the work quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend!

I have had the BEST experience with this company. Anthony has been timely each day he came to our property and was very professional and kept our home tidy throughout the entire job. We had a full waterline replacement from the road to our house which is hundreds of feet of water line. They were able to quote us one week and get started the following! We had to change our course of action midway through due to unforeseen circumstances, but Anthony did a wonderful job explaining the situation and working within our timeline to get the job done and done right. They’ve done such a fantastic job we even had them do additional plumbing working within our house and plan to use them to service our plumbing year around. All around 10/10 stars and no complaints! If you’re looking for a great company and great workers then this is the place to call and definitely make sure you ask for Anthony.

I wish I could separate the company from the plumbing staff with respect to the number of stars. My concern with company is in policy, not performance. We did not receive a break down in price detailing what was supply and what was labor. We were initially quoted a price for all the work needed, as well as a price for 2 lesser levels of service. We did choose the middle range, but within two weeks, we called back to have the rest of the work done. Unfortunately, we were not offered the original quote and ended up paying about $1000 more for the second job. We can't be certain of the amount because we were not given a copy of the estimates on either job. Additionally, the amount of time allotted was not sufficient for either job. My understanding is that My Professional Plumber trains their staff themselves. While this certainly assures the plumber meets the standard of the company, it does take additional time. Therefore, I would give 3 1/2 stars to the company. Now, let me talk about where this company shines. We were fortunate to have Jesse as the team leader, Bryce as a second, and several others whose names we didn't get. Certainly Jesse was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, but you would expect that. Jesse also shows up on time, gets straight to work, discusses the repairs with his support staff, and stays until the job is done, working through lunch and sacrificing time with his young family. He was careful to explain why if something else needed to be done, and as we have an older home, there was always something else! If we need further plumbing work we will not hesitate to call on him again. And not to leave Bryce out, he works side by side with Jesse with the same work ethic. This was a good experience for my husband and me and we will certainly recommend My Professional Plumber with Jesse and Bryce to anyone who needs a plumber.

We just finished a repipe and filtration system job on our entire house. We did a lot of research on the process and talked with several plumbing companies before choosing My Professional Plumber to complete the job. From the initial phone calls with the office staff, our in home meeting with Anthony before the job began as well as all of the technicians that worked on the project (Bill, Jacob, Joe, Anthony, the owner, Jamie and MORE), we could not be more pleased!
The office staff communicated with us daily and let us know when the team would be arriving, the technicians were very conscientious and hard working. They answered questions throughout the process and went above and beyond to keep things neat and clean. As the project was coming to a close, Anthony made sure that we were 100% satisfied with each and every detail. If you are facing this big project in your home, I would highly recommend My Professional Plumber to do the job! We are also now members of the Diamond Club and feel confident that they will help us maintain our plumbing needs for years to come.

I had the pleasure of working with Anthony and Donovan from My Professional Plumber, and I couldn't be more impressed. They did quality work and were extremely professional and accommodating. Both were very pleasant to be around, which made the entire experience even better.

Anthony and Donovan went above and beyond, even taking care of smaller tasks like removing old pipes. They consistently explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Their commitment to excellence and their attention to detail are truly commendable. I’ve used My Professional Plumber for about 8 years now. Usually my technician is Bill. He does an outstanding job. He is very detailed and explains thoroughly Answers all my questions. I am a gold member and would highly recommend that. Our grinder pump went out yesterday. I had a bit of a mess because of that. I called the office and they sent Bill out about 2 hours later. He discovered the pump motor had stopped running. He went out to his truck and searched online to find a new pump that he could pickup right away. He got one today and came back and installed it. By 5:00 he was completely done, had cleaned everything up. It was a nasty dirty job, but he kept his sense of humor and finished the job. Left the whole area better than it was before this happened. I am a very happy customer and grateful to know Bill. Thank you My Professional Plumber and especially Bill.
