Tim was at our house within an hour of calling after our septic backed up in the basement. He ran the snake line down the clean out and broke the blockage free. He went above and beyond to help get that blockage free. It was a lot of pushing! Thank you Tim!!!

Outstanding service and quick resolution to my problem of very clogged drain system! I called RR at 9:00 am and by 11:20 am my problem has been resolved! Would definitely recommend Dennis and Jeff without hesitation!

The only thing worse than drain problems in the middle of the night is drain problems when there's 3 inches of snow and ice on the roads. Roto-Rooter technicians made three attempts to reach our house. The third time was the charm; and within an hour, Jody had our drains running smoothly again. This was not our first experience with Roto-Rooter, and I am confident that we will continue to call on Roto-Rooter for our plumbing needs.

Came out within 1 hour on the Sunday before Christmas. Jody was my Technician. Gave a fair estimate so went ahead with the work. Ended up taking several more hours than expected due to old plumbing in the house. Jody tried several different ways to get to the stubborn blockage. In the end he rigged up a special way to make the industrial snake make a 90 degree turn and get to the clog. Professional, honest, and determined to fix my problem. Can't say enough good things about the service we received. they will be my first call if I ever have another issue.

Drain system of my house was clogged. I could not use toilet and turn on water. I called Roto-Rooter 9:30 pm. They arrived 11:00 pm. It was young men. He find problem pretty fast. It was main sewer line. He use Drain snakes to clean it. Probably my sewer system was clogged big way, because job was done 1:45 am. Price for this service was reasonable. I give them Five stars. Thanks Roto - Rooter!

Rick did a great job and was very professional. He had all necessary tools, knowledge, and promptly unclogged the main sewer line and got our family back in business.

One morning I discovered that all sewage & water leaving my house was backed up. I called Roto-Rooter in Knoxville, and they arrived fairly quickly. Blake and Robert installed a new clean-out (since I did not have one) and, after power jetting and running a camera, they ultimately determined that a section of sewer line in my back yard had sagged in two areas due to soil settlement. The pooling water in the sewer line was not letting flow from the house pass quickly, causing the backup. Blake estimated the cost of replacing the failed section of sewer line, and I scheduled a day and time for the work. Upon arriving at that appointment on time, Robert excavated with a backhoe so that he and Blake could do the project. Even after that was completed, they made sure that all of the fixtures in my house were working properly and that no drains were stopped up. Everything is working great now. Thanks Blake and Robert! You did good.

We had a few issues that we weren't too happy about, but after we talked to the manager, Mr. Rick Hunt, everything worked out great. Mr. Hunt definately aims to please. He was a very personable man and accommodating to our issues. He gets the job done!!! Thank you Rick....

Our service technician, Dennis, did a wonderful job! Not only did he fix the problem, but took the time to explain what he was doing and how we can prevent it from happening again. Knoxville Roto-Rooter and their plumbers are just great!

We had a good experience with this group. They were on time, friendly, and got the job done in a quick manner. They kept us informed as to what they were doing and what was to come next. I recommend anyone with drain problems to call. He cleaned up all of the mess and left the house in better condition than he found it. Garbage disposal clog on a Friday afternoon. The earliest that other companies could come out was the following TUESDAY. But C. Cox #218 was here within 2 hours. He fixed the clog, and I have a 90 day guarantee. He was quick and professional. I highly recommend for quick and friendly service!

We had water pouring from our downstairs toilet. Dennis and Jeff came out the same day I called!! Were very nice and so thorough. Found we had a backup in our septic system and it needed pumping. Saved us from a potential mess down the road! Scheduled a cleaning the next day. They fixed the broken seal on the toilet and cleaned up everything! Thanks guys!

These guys went over and above to get my household of 5 up and running. They worked late I’m into dark in the cold to get my outdoor underground sewer drain pipe located and repaired. They also were reasonably priced and made the service. All within 4 hours. They will be the first I call with plumbing or drain issues.

HEP last night: $500 and NOT repaired! Ken told Technician, “Roto Rooter unclogged the toilet drain last time.” He said, “Well, you should have called them!” We did this morning! Repaired! Thank you! Use Powell, not Knoxville. We tried them last night. After not getting a call back for an hour, we cancelled!

Rick and Chris came out on a Saturday when we had a flood from a leaking water heater. They did a terrific job, professionally and courteously. Excellent work in replacing the heater and doing the necessary replumbing. All in all, a superb job. Thanks.
