Good diligent workers staying on an active work schedule. Friendly, making sure to cut what l ask and cleaned up all debris raking and blowing off roadway. I will use when needed and recommend.

They did a great job for me and the area very clean.

I recently had a tree that was a disaster waiting to happen because it was leaning toward my house, and I was told it could fall down at any time. I spoke with Tim from Tip Top Tree Care, and he gave me a very reasonable estimate but said they were booked up about 3 weeks out, but he said he would list mine as a priority. A few days later their tree crew showed up ( unexpectedly), and I was surprised but also relieved that I wouldn't have to be concerned anymore about the tree falling on my house. They did an excellent job keeping the tree and limbs from falling on my house as they were cutting it, especially the elderly gentleman who climbed the tree. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs tree work done. God bless all the Tip Top Tree crew and family, and I hope all of you have a very Merry Christmas!

Professional and prompt
I am a consumer relies on reviews and feedback from other consumers for products and services. I had contacted another company December 4 for firewood because they had 46 customer reviews and a FIVE STAR rating. My appointment (December 4 6:30) was canceled at the time of delivery due vehicle problems and rescheduled for Wednesday December 6. That appointment turned into a no call/no show despite a text and a call to them to confirm delivery (this highly rated company did not reply to the text or call).

I contacted TIP TOP December 6 at 4:25 PM. The secretary/answering service representative was friendly and courteous. I received a return call from Walt today December 7 at 9:15 AM. Within an hour and a half I received a call from Bobby Smith that he had a load he could deliver in 20 minuets! This is customer service at it’s finest! TOP NOTCH has garnered my business.

I am glad I was finally able to get someone to do my work after going through three other companies with broken promises and no response. I had two agree to do the job and just never show up. Tip Top did a good job and got to it in the promised time window. They were efficient and cleaned up well after. Thanks! I will use again if needed.

Tip Top Tree Care did a great job removing my overgrown Bradford Pear Tree! They showed up early, got the job done quickly, and made sure they cleaned up every single branch. I was surprised how spotless my yard looked after they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

The whole experience was flawless, the gentleman that came to do the work were friendly, professional. I will definitely be calling back to have more done. I am very happy with the job they did. I have a fenced yard with a steep driveway, but they made it work. It was worth every penny to have these trees removed. They are acrobats out there in the trees. This is a Great Company, Great People. Thank You again.

We were really impressed with the professionalism of the guys who came out to remove our tress. They removed the trees efficiently and made sure to clean up after. We would definitely use Tip Top Tree Care again.

Came quickly to estimate the cost to remove a damaged cedar tree in my backyard. Quoted a fair price and came in a couple of days to do the work. They were careful of the soft ground in our backyard and did not damage the yard in removing the large trunk pieces and many branches for chipping on the road in front of our house. They raked up the small stuff in the backyard and cleaned up the street in front. Efficient and high quality. Worth the 5 stars.

They were very professional, very quick and did a great job cleaning up. We are having them remove another tree in a couple of weeks.

From first contact to the job completed was perfect! Robert, the owner was professional and very nice. The crew did an excellent job removing a tall birch next to our house. I would recommend them to anyone!! Tip Top Tree service is the BEST!

I had Tip Top Tree Care bush hog about half an acre and remove five tall, skinny trees that were dead. I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone I dealt with was just as nice as they could be, and they did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

We used Tip Top Tree Care to remove a total of 5 trees and they did a great job from start to finish. Very professional service and would recommend them to anyone needing tree removal in Knoxville

Tip Top Tree was so great for us! Honest, fair, and a great job done with our trees! Great communication throughout the whole process of getting a quote, scheduling, rescheduling (due to weather), and follow up. The crew that came out to remove our trees and grind stumps were very nice, quick, and efficient. A great job all around!

Not sure what the negative comments about fire wood are about? But Bobby delivered my firewood ( a week or two ago) and this has been the easiest to work with wood I’ve had, little to no moisture burns well and is easy to handle. Thank you Tip top and thank you Bobby for putting up with me and all my questions.

A felled tree in our back yard was too large for us to remove, so we contacted Tip Top Tree Care as well as a few other businesses about having the trunk removed.

They not only bested others in the affordability of their work, but the crew came by and had removed the trunk within a few days! (Thankfully, we reside very close to the Tip Top Tree Care yard.)

They had also cut the stump down to exactly ground level as part of the work, and did a fantastic job! The crew even cleaned up debris from the stump (some mushrooms and chipped wood that had fallen off), that was beyond my expectations.

It was a fantastic experience, and I am certain to recommend them to anyone else who needs their services.

We had a 100ft dying tree very close to our house, in a very difficult position to get to ,removed by Tip Top. They did an amazing job with the removal of this a several other trees. This large tree would have destroyed most of our house had it fallen. Tip Top removed this tree safely, without incident. Their crew was professional and obviously well experienced. They removed all debris and cleaned up area thoroughly when finished. Their services were very affordable as well. We would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future for any tree needs.

The experience I had with this company was excellent from start to finish. Tim came out first and did a site assessment and discussed what I wanted done: taking down 4 large dead trees and removing one entirely. Robert's crew arrived on schedule and managed all the work in a single day, not an easy task given the heavily forested slope in my small yard and the relative closeness of the trees to the house and fences. They laid down all four of the trees in the exact locations planned without any issues of safety or worries about property damage, which I appreciated. The price was reasonable considering the difficulty of the job, the crew accommodating of my wishes for disposal, and the sales and office staff friendly and professional. It matters, too, that they are insured and a member of TCIA. I strongly recommend this company for their job well done and will call them again in future.

We have used Tip Top Tree Care twice this month already! We can't say enough good things about this company. Robert, the owner is always timely with a call or responding to a text. The crew is absolutely amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and talk about hard working!! We are so glad to have found this company and are completely satisfied with their work each time. We will be continuing to use Tip Top Tree Care in the future as well. Thank you Robert, and crew for helping us manage our property full of trees! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tip Top Tree Care!!

Tip Top took down several trees for me and they did an excellent job at every step of the process. They came out to give me a quote quickly and a clear understanding of when they would be able to get the trees down. The crew that were sent to my house were excellent. I am very pleased with the service I received and will happily use them again.

The work that I had done required removal of two large Oak trees and removal of said trees. The process was accomplished with no problems. The workers were excellent and friendly. I am extremely happy with the results and recommend them highly.
