We have had some septic issues over the past couple of weeks. Jones had to come out twice, but both times they arrived early, completed the work quickly and the price was extremely reasonable (less than their phone quote). Second trip was due to a clog - for which we paid a simple $25 service fee. Cannot recommend this local company enough. Great guys who are willing to work with you - understand your situation and arrive EARLY - you can't ask for more. Totally restores your faith in humanity.

Had a bit of a septic emergency and everything was backing up. Called Jones Septic Service and they were able to come out quickly. They looked at the issue and gave us a very reasonable estimate up front to empty out tank. Very professional and highly recommend.

I can't rave enough about David and his team. They are always extremely accommodating and responsive, the work they do is amazing, they were actually out today and took care of me and knocked the entire cleaning job out within 35 to 40 minutes. I strongly recommended Jones Septic to anyone needing their services. I know I'll never go anywhere else.

Jones Septic Service was GREAT! They were able to come within an hour (which is rare - we called many services) after discovering our tank was FULL! They were quick and professional and provided future recommendations!

Toilets were slow to flush and shower drains were gurling. We knew what was up or down. It was Friday afternoon and my wife and I were calling all the septic service companies. David answered our call on a Friday afternoon and my wife made an apootment for Saturday morning. David came out and drained our sludge out of the tank on short notice. Prompt customer service! Highly recommend!

Out septic tank backed up and our showers/toilets were not draining. We called around 10:30 PM and Mr. Jones answered. He quoted us over the phone and added us to his schedule for the next morning. They were earlier than expected, efficient, and very professional. We were so thankful he was able to take care of us so quickly! We will definitely use them again in the future!

I used Jones Septic Service to pump my septic tank for normal maintenance. David was able to come out the next day (Saturday) at 7 am. He was on time and very courteous. I had no previous experience with septic systems and he took the time to explain how it works. His price was affordable. I will use this company again when needed.

We for some reason before the holidays or birthdays have trouble with our septic and let me tell you Jones is GREAT! We call him the next day or day of and he comes out and fixes the issue with no problem and they are affordable I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

With Jones Septic Service, you get something more than just a great system cleaning. You get consistently on time, professional, and kind service. Not something you would necessarily expect from a septic service company but a bonus, nonetheless. I've had Jones Septic Service out to my property several times over the past several years. Each time they are prompt, friendly, and helpful. This time the tech helped me trace the source of a sewage backup so I can tackle the real problem. He went above and beyond the purpose of the service. I highly recommend them when as they say "dootie calls."

We were having a plumbing nightmare, toilets overflowing and waste water coming up the bathtubs and sinks in the evening.
