Have used Hylton for several years. They are professional and they know what they are doing. When you call, you speak to a real human who gives you an honest answer about when they can come out. Then, surprise! They show up when they say they will. Prices are reasonable for the work being done. They are clean, I felt safe letting them in my home. You get a text when they are on the way with a picture of your technician. I would recommend them to anyone.

All the staff that we encountered at Hylton Heating and Cooling were courteous, professional, and prompt with their service. They were able to come out and fix our problem very quickly. After several years of HVAC issues with other companies, the maintenance plan that they offer was just the peace of mind that we were looking for. Here in Tenn. On vacation was ask by ower of the house to access a humidity unit for pool room. Guys were super friendly and quick!! I was told 2hr to be in the house were here for about 35mins and done!!! I don't even live down here and want to give them a 5 star review!!! Wish I had this comment to customer service where I live!!!!

Very knowledgeable and professional technicians from Hilton Heating and Cooling installed a new unit in my home recently. I am very pleased with the unit and take comfort in knowing that I will have help in maintaining it and that, should I have a problem, help is only a phone call away.

Being part of the Commercial Club, one of my cabins had an air conditioning issue, but I had renters checking in the next day. Hylton scheduled my appointment the next morning, and my renters were able to check in to the cabin, with cold air, saving the reservation. Thanks, Hulton, for the prompt service.

I can’t thank Hylton Heating and Cooling enough! My gas furnace went out during one of the coldest days of the year, and I was worried we’d be stuck without heat for days. I gave them a call, and they showed up the SAME DAY.

The technician was super friendly and explained everything he was doing so I actually understood what was going on. He had the parts on hand and got everything fixed fast. Within a few hours, the heat was back on, and my house was warm again.

I called because my AC went out in the evening and scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning. The technician arrived at 9 AM sharp. He diagnosed the problem which was a capacitor had it repaired and was down the road within 15 to 20 minutes.

Hylton is a top notch HVAC company. Billy is a wonderful mentor to his apprentices. Repairman John Bozzone repaired our unit and did our semi-annual maintenance at the same time. I can’t say enough nice things about Hylton.

I had two rental houses with the ac not cooling. I called late on a Saturday evening and they called me back within minutes. They came out on a Sunday and had both properties taken care of within a few hours. The tech was very nice and they provided excellent service.

I highly recommend Hylton Heating & Cooling. They came out quickly, were very courteous and figured out the problem with my dehumidifier quickly and accurately. Billy is very knowledgeable and knows how to take care of his customers. They went out of their way to help me get a warranty claim approved for my unit which saved me a lot of $$. I truly appreciate this company and look forward to using them again anytime I have a need.
