I can not say enough about this LLC. They were very professional and did a fantastic job.The clean up was amazing I really was expecting a lot more mess. We contacted them first several weeks ago for an estimate and after doing research could not have decided to go anywhere else. They were knowledgeable about what we needed for our home and helped us fix alot of air and humidity problems. They took the time to make sure we understood everything bout the unit. Finally a few weeks later the unit died completely when we called they said it would be about 3 weeks before they could help us but they came early after we told them the old one died. They helped us with the financing process and who to contact. I can say this company went above and beyond and in this world today you don't see that. I am very excited to be a proud owner of a Trane and so happy we got to work with such exceptional people. Thank you Candy Webb

The most thorough and honest company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Before quoting me a price, he came out and crawled in my attic and under my house. Took measurements of my entire house and documented the size and location of every vent. He then looked at our unit. Then he told us that we did need to upgrade our unit, but first we needed more insulation in the attic and needed to install a new plastic barrier under the house. Neither things that he offered or would make money off of. He is just that honest of a man to recommend what we needed most, even if he didn’t profit from it. And he charged us nothing for coming to our house and doing all this.

We also had another HVAC company come out to give us a quote around that same time. This man came and stood by the unit with me. Never looked at it, under my house, in my attic, or in my house period. Took no measurements. And just gave me a price for what a new unit would be. That was it.

Going with Derrick Reese was an obvious choice for us! Very honest and up front about everything. His crew is extremely professional and respectful. I’m so thankful a coworker recommended them. By far the easiest process.

This company is amazing. They do great work and their clean up is meticulous. They took the time to show us how to use our new thermostat in detail. I’ve never had a heat and air company that I trusted like Reese’s.

Reese's was amazing and very knowledgeable. My old system was no longer operating and they came in and gave me several options for the new installation. We also decided to get our duct work updated too. They disposed of the old units, duct work, and old thermostat, and installed new equipment all in 2 days. The technicians treated my home with respect and worked diligently to get the job done. We will definitely be using Reese's for future maintenance on our new system and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

i am so impressed with this business! They are always courteous, prompt and professional. They stepped in when another company abandoned us and brought back my belief that there are good companies out there that really do look out for the best interests of their clients! They provide a prompt schedule and keep you posted by text, which is so nice! I absolutely recommend this business and thank them for the great service they have provided to us and our home!

I cannot give a high enough rating! Derrick went out of his way to help me with an AC problem and then helped me trouble shoot other areas of my home that were causing difficulties.
Derrick took his time explaining what was top priority for best maintenance as well as other items that will increase the life of my unit. I greatly appreciate his insight and taking his time to speak to me on my level.

30 minutes after I contacted them they let me know that someone was on their way. He arrived within the time I was given.My unit was check and he made sure that all the parts that I needed would be ordered and check some things I was concerned about to ensure they were working. Everything was handled in a courteous and professional manner. I've used Reese's Mechanical for over 25 years and this is the kind of service I expect and get every time.

Our insurance claims adjuster recommended Reese's, and we are so happy he did!!! Reese's made us feel completely at ease about a super stressful situation with water damage. They took care of everything, and more importantly-- we trusted them to take care of it all.
They were there when they said they would be. They did exactly what they said they would, which was exactly what needed to be done.They were exceptional at their job and highly professional. I recommend this company to everyone!!!! Absolutely zero issues. They are awesome!!!
