They can do cuteness! I had a well house that had wood siding and shingles on the roof. The shingles had grown the best patch of moss ever. The squirrels and woodpeckers had used the wellhouse has their local form of entertainment. It was full of holes and chewed corners. I called these guys. They came to the rescue with tan siding, barn red metal roof and window shutters, and a white walkthrough door. It looks fantastic……and so cute!!! They did it to match the metal barn that I just built. Everyone that sees it loves it. I am bringing them back for another project this month. Cannot wait to see how that one turns out. VLR removed and rebuilt our deck very promptly and professionally. The crew had tremendous work ethic, working quickly and efficiently to get the job done, and done well. We are very happy with our new deck, and would recommend VLR. We will use them again in the future for other services.

VLR Homes did extensive work on my home. Full-house interior painting, new flooring, and extensive electrical work. Outside they installed a flagstone patio with a firepit and hand built a hog wire fence. They removed a rotted deck and replaced with composite material. Their prices are very fair, and the owner provided the best customer service while exceeding my expectations of completion dates. I would definitely recommend VLR Homes and will use them again when the need arises!

I have been very impressed with the services of VLR Hones LLC. I needed my roof to be replaced, and the entire process was one of great satisfaction. Francisco Romero explained the process very well, and when the crew found out, after taking the old roofing off, that a lot of the wood beneath was broken (and rotted) he gave me options to chose from. The workmen worked diligently to remedy the problem and observing their incredible team work was fascinating. They cleaned up after the work was done and I have been very happy with the choice I made to hire them. Actually, I am thinking of hiring them again in the fall to paint my home! I have no hesitation at all to recommend VLR Homes!

Our experience working with VLR Homes was great. John Romaro, the project manager was professional and knowledgeable of his trade. We initially hired him to install a gutter and was so pleased with his work that we asked him to replace the whole roof of our house. His crew worked diligently and did everything well and in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a job very well done.

VLR added a covered deck to the back of our home and we couldn’t be more pleased. The level of professionalism, quality, dependability and experience was amazing. We had gotten several estimates from other contractors but VLR gave us the best price and started on it immediately. Can’t say enough about their quality & professionalism. Even my neighbors commented on their hard work & timely service. Highly recommend them & look forward to using them again in the future.

VLR Homes replaced my roof recently after some storm damage. I requested a quote after reading all of the positive reviews. Also liked that it is a local and family owned company. Very competitive pricing and great communication throughout the entire process. Francisco was always available to answer any questions I had about roofing and differences in shingles. I would highly recommend VLR Homes and will be using them again in the future for other home projects.

Just had these guys put in a floor for us. Great work! Helped us pick out the flooring and delivered it. Installation was fast and efficient. They are very focused on quality from removal of the old flooring to the last detail of laying down the new floor and putting in the trim. They took great care with our furniture as well. I highly recommend them and will use them again for future remodeling work.

We recently had VLR Homes update our 70’s home. We have an A-frame and had a dark, rafter ceiling in our kitchen, dining and living rooms. We wanted to upgrade to something lighter and brighter.

We contacted VLR and within days John came out to give us an estimate for a tongue & groove pine ceiling. We approved the estimate and said we were ready to go.

Again, within days, a crew of five showed up to start my job. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job installing my new ceiling. They trimmed everything out and even applied two coats of sealer that makes my new ceiling look beautiful. Its exactly what we wanted.

They cleaned up the construction debris and moved furniture back into place before leaving.

We will not hesitate to call them again when I’m ready for my bathroom remodel.

I highly recommend Francisco and his team. We just completed our new home and VLR Homes did our exterior siding. We used LP Smart Siding and the install was amazing. The crew that worked on our exterior were super nice, professional, very knowledgeable of the product and extremely tidy. They worked with us to make sure all the lines and textures were exactly how we wanted them. We have large outdoor porches and VLR did all of our tongue and grove ceiling in our outdoor spaces...love them!!! Francisco checked in on the project often to make sure we were completely satisfied. This is the second VLR job at my home. Crew is always on time, always courteous, and they do a great job including a careful cleanup of all scraps and materials after completion. I would and have recommended them to all my associates and friends.

This crew was amazing -- very professional, polite, arrived early, worked non-stop and completed our roof installation in a day. The clean-up was excellent -- our front and back yards looked better after they left than before they arrived. This was our first roof installation and I had many questions. The project manager, John, was very responsive to all my questions. Our roof looks great and I would highly recommend VLR Homes to anyone, without a doubt. Also, we have an elderly neighbor who fell in his driveway while this crew was working. I learned from his daughter later that night that two of the gentlemen ran to help him, without hesitation, and she wanted to be sure John knew how grateful she was. We are so thankful for them going above and beyond not just on our home, but for our sweet neighbor as well.

Fantastic experience with VLR! They rebuilt a chimney, repaired our porch and made many repairs to the exterior of the house before pressure washing and the painting everything Francisco and Soraya were very professional and prompt with any return calls and willing to answer questions at any time. The crew is equally amazing. Hard working guys and the detail of their work is appreciated! Small details matter to this team!!!
