My first experience with Johnson & Heating was in 2016 with installation and every year since they do the ProTune maintenance check. Their commitment to customers is outstanding from making the appointment to the service technicians coming to your home. Nice friendly people. Did a great job. Cleaned up after they was done. The guy who came by and gave us the estimate before the work was done answered my question took the time to explain it. The owner came by to talk to us and explained everything . I would recommend this place to anyone.

10 years ago Johnson installed my central unit. They have consistently maintained it twice a year with cleanings and inspections. Their service people are always very courteous and professional.

We always have had a great experience with the staff and team at Johnson’s Heating and Air. Sharonda was super friendly and BJ was on time and professional. We have used their service for our fall and spring HVAC cleaning for years and have always had a pleasant experience.

This is a outstanding company that will continue to outperform their competitors in the Obion Co area. I believe if I had the opportunity I would work for these folk because they see the bigger picture with running a company. The employee that came out for my estimate was incredibly friendly and we had a conversation that changed my views on how companies just want you entire wallet. Very professional and knowledgeable people that I’d recommend to anyone I know!

Jeff had excellent facts to support parking on the street! Ask him😊 Comprehensive maintenance checkup! There is a wrong way to install filter. The office always calls afterwards to discern if there were issues. As always, I reply, “Horrible!” Then I report all the positives🙏🏼. Great people! Thanks for keeping me comfortable in my home♥️

Johnson Heating and Air just recently worked on my HVAC. They were excellent! Customer service rep. Adrian, was friendly, informative, and helpful. She immediately scheduled a service person to be at my house within a couple of hours. Jacob arrived within that time and began his work. I needed a part that had to be ordered. It only took 2 days for it to arrive. The second service person, J.B.H. was at my house that same day to replace the part and test it to make sure it was working correctly. Both Jacob and J.B. were knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous as they worked. All of this, and a reasonable price is why I will be using Johnson Heating and Air in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Johnson Heating & Air provides exceptional customer service. Donnie Ray Jr was very helpful and informative about which AC/Heating Unit would best meet my needs. All my questions were answered in a respectful manner. When it came time to schedule my installation, the staff was friendly and pleasant. I really appreciated them working around my busy schedule, and anytime an appointment was scheduled, the service/installation team arrived on time. Jimmy Young and Jimmy Young, Jr. exceeded my expectations with the installation. They respected me and my property, answered questions, worked diligently, cleaned their work area, and took extra steps to make sure the job was done right. To say they did quality work would be an understatement; they went above and beyond. I like how the company does a final inspection of the work and follows up with the customer. Donnie Ray walked me through the warranty information and set me up with a maintenance contract. At Johnson Heating & Air customer service is a priority, and I highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs.

Our technician, Jacob, was extremely knowledgeable of the problem with our unit and explained in detail the cause of the issue and the process of the repair. With our service/maintenance contract, we look forward to keeping our unit in perfect running order going forward.

I highly recommend Johnson for your heating and air services. Employees and installers were very respectful on time work continuously to get the job done, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire process. Even had the owner of the company come by and sit down with me and my mother this morning, you just don’t get that kind of service in Business etiquette from a lot of services. I highly recommend them and can’t say enough good about them.

Dishekia is always friendly and courteous when we speak on the phone. She makes sure to call me every fall and spring to schedule my H&A unit. She keeps me updated so I don’t forget and I really appreciate that. BJ serviced and cleaned my heat and air unit and cleaned up after himself. He was very friendly and courteous and emailed the paperwork to me that explained what all was done.

The customer rep was very polite and understanding. The service tech just simply awesome. He seems to really enjoy doing his job and understands what Donnie has ask him to do. He is able to honestly give a honest answer to my questions.

Weather was so bad, but they got to us on Tuesday and fixed our problem.

Bought foreclosure house. I needed to have HVAC checked out. Made appointment and they were on time, went over every item needed to be repaired or replaced and cost. Price was reasonable and work done on schedule.
