Air went out on a record breaking day called at 7a on Sept 30 2019 they were so polite. Technician called to let me know when he was arriving had the problem fixed in about 15 minutes. Both men were polite and helpful.
Price was very reasonable. Would recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Called Andy`s Heating & Air for A/C repair early morning, terrific technician showed up at my home 30 minutes later... diagnosed the thermostat issue immediately... Had my A/C up and running in 30 minutes, I highly recommend Andy`s Heating and Air for quality/fast service at a very fair price...

I am very pleased with the staff at Randy's. I have a Frankenstein of a split heat and air system that a lot of folks would be afraid to touch. I was prepared to have to spend a ton on this system as it would not cool and freeze up. I thought it may need a TXV valve added which would have been very expensive. However, the guys that checked out my system found it was very low on refrigerant and did not need a new valve type. These guys could have easily gone along with what I thought the issue could be and charged me over $1000 and no one be the wiser, but they didn't. They were honest and efficient. My system has been cooling like a champ for two weeks since their visit and I would use them again without a second thought.

Had a system issue, it struggled to cool the house down. Randy's came in to diagnose the issue within 24 hours and it was determined we needed a complete system. This was on a Friday and by noon on Monday the installation was complete. Couldn't be happier with the crew and the outcome.

We have used Randy’ for over twenty years and they are wonderful. They kept my old unit running for years past its time. When we had to have a new unit, I looked nowhere else. Their service is always prompt and professional. And there pricing is always fair. Great company with wonderful people.
