Sears/ A&E was a joke. They left without doing anything- said they couldn’t find a model number. They called in Owens to finish the job. Willie from Owens came out and diagnosed the problem with specialized equipment and tremendous skill. Cannot recommend Owens more. Night and day difference. Willie is a rockstar.

Love this HVAC company! Very friendly and easy to work with. They came out the same day we called and fixed our thermostat!

I've been working with Owens Heating and air for two years now. I run a business that doesn't have alot of money to spare but we have a tremendous amount of HVAC problems, all year. Willie and Morgan Owens have gone out of their way to make sure my elderly and disabled people never had to wait days for heat or air. They're fair, very smart and just good people, business and otherwise. And I've never had to call him back to fix something he worked on twice.
He'll get it fixed and will be as fair with you as possible.

Owens installed my HVAC unit in 2021. Easy to communicate with, and all the reps are extremely polite and professional. I have continued to have them come for spring and fall maitenance. They’re always on time and the service is outstanding!

Tim explained about my AC & show me pictures of my problems. The company has a great office staff and technicians. Morgan make you feel important as if you were & her family. We can’t say enough great things about Owens Heating and Cooling. Willie came out to look at our unit, we knew we were going to need replacement. Willie had us a new heat pump installed within the week. Willie & Morgan are so down to earth we’re very responsive to our needs. We would 100% recommend them!

Willie was incredibly responsive. I was coordinating repairing a rental home of ours from another state. He was patient with all my calls and completed warranty paperwork, replaced the unit, and satisfied our tenants all within 3 days. We are very appreciative of his efforts.

These guys are the best. Professional, competent, respectful of the customer, honest and efficient. We had them install a new gas furnace and also a heat pump. Perfect install, no surprises, and units are running great. Five Star recommendation.

I have used Owen repair twice. The first year I used them. I had an intermittent problem with my heating system. They were so knowledgeable and dialed in. It was a tough problem but Willie resolved the issue and I was very very pleased. I called him this last week for an AC problem, he was in and out resolved the issue with excellent response time!!! Definitely a Five Star organization!!!

I know every time I call him he is going to be honest and do good work!
