Anytime we've ever had issues with our heat or air, no matter what time, Complete Service has came through! They're always very professional and truly care about helping their customers out and giving the best service possible. I would recommend them to anyone! 5 stars all the way!!!!!!

Came out on Christmas Eve for my husband and I just so we didn't have to wait a week for Hiller to come fix it because, and I quote, they "couldn't fit us in their schedule before then." Apparently, having a family freeze for a week wasn't enough of an emergency for them so a family friend recommended Complete Service Heat and Air to us. So we called the night before and they said they'd get to us as soon as they could the very next morning. Had our problem solved and fixed within 15 minutes. Something Hiller would have made us wait a week for. Would highly recommend this company if you ever have issues. They go above and beyond for their customers and actually care. Thank you so much for your help!

Our AC had been out for a few days in 90+/- temps. We called CSHA this morning & Kyle was here by lunch time. He fixed our problem (needed refrigerant), checked a few other things to make sure we didn’t have any other issues & had us all fixed up within an hour. No crazy up selling- just facts, good work and totally reasonable prices. I have no idea why we haven’t called them before, but we definitely will in the future!

We’ve been dumping money into our old unit the past few summers and finally decided to bite the bullet and purchase a new one. Called on Monday morning and they had someone out that afternoon to take a look. We had a new unit installed the next day! The entire crew was very respectful and professional. They even alerted me to a leak in a pipe under our home. I will recommend them to anyone!

Wow!! It’s 26 degrees outside and our furnace quit working. Matt came out in a very timely manner. And through his expert diagnostics realized what the problem was. He was kind and very professional. The place I trust with all of my HVAC needs! These guys know what they are doing and go the extra mile. The service was fast, professional and friendly. Bruce even took the time to educate me on why my unit wasn't cooling and kept freezing. Quality work from some hard working guys at a price you can't beat.

Prices were more then fair for a new AC package unit. The install team did a wonderful job ensuring everything was corrected and I was pleased with the performance. All electrical and gas lines were run properly (not just the easiest way).

Always prompt, efficient service by kind, professional techs.

I've called Complete twice and both times there were here on time, courteous, fixed the problem quickly, and are very reasonable in their prices. The service guys are always polite and respectful. Thanks to Complete, I can afford to get issues fixed, unlike some other companies who want to charge an arm and a leg!

I will recommend this company to everyone I know! Great service all around; timely, honest, knowledgeable. I can’t say enough great things about Complete Service! Our AC went out in the middle of the night. I jumped on their website at 7 AM the next morning and they were here by 10 AM repairing our unit.

You won’t find better service with any other HVAC companies, these guys are the best.
