I had another great experience working with Mike and his team when we recently did some updates to our home. Everything from making selections in the showroom, to getting measurements and then install was so easy and smooth.

From the first visit to the store until everything was completed, the project ran smoothly and was completed faster than projected. The product, as well as the selection, was excellent, the staff courteous and helpful, the installers going above and beyond to make our lives better. First class. I could not be happier.

Jake and his team did an excellent job at a fair price on a laminate repair we needed. The pricing was up front and transparent. I had multiple quotes and theirs was the best. I won't hesitate to call Signature in the future. 5/5

We have worked with Signature Floors for several years now. Mike, Amanda, and the whole team are exceptionally helpful and our customers are always pleased with the end result. Their installers are professional and timely. Amanda is great for helping our clients choose tile and counters and Mike is the wood floor king. Nice showroom, too!

When I needed repair work done on my wood floors, I asked a friend. He told me that he had been using Ron G. at Signature Floors for years. Said he was the best in the business. I got an immediate response and appointment, as well as an estimate to do the work. Ron's team was excellent. Preformed nothing short of a miracle given the location of the repair. I can't tell the old 17 year old floor from the new! I had a family emergency come up in the middle of the work, Ron could not have been more understanding and worked with me. He and his team were very professional and had an incredible work ethic earning all our business in the future!

I highly recommend Signature Floors!! Mike and his crews are top notch - and we have used them THREE times. They installed our original wood floors when we built our house, and twice since then for repairs when our appliances leaked. The pricing is fair and transparent, and their work is the best quality. The crews were professional and I trusted them to be in our home when we weren't even in town. I can't say enough about what a wonderful job they do!

I recently had one of my client's floors replaced by Signature Floors & Interiors, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I worked with Chris, who was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, and he made sure I was getting the best possible product for my money. He went out of reach to order the very unique wooden floor that was needed and seal the deal with the manufacturer to get us the required floor.

Chris also managed the project flawlessly. He kept me updated on the timeline and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The installation crew was also top-notch. They were highly skilled and efficient, and they got the job done quickly and accurately. I was really impressed with their work ethic and attention to detail.

Top Notch!! Wow - from the ordering process to the very end of the experience - everything went spectacular. I needed replacement carpet pretty quickly due to a pet issue - we got it ordered and installed very quickly. The installers were extremely professional and helpful - took great care of all of my stuff - clearly a well-trained group.

Had tile and carpet work done with this company. Both look nice and were reasonably priced, but I did not like working with the salesperson. She was very hard to get a hold of, and only ever wanted to communicate when it was time to get paid.
The carpet crew used my personal vacuum, and did not empty it (completely full of dust, carpet debris) - why they didn't have a shop vac is a question that I still have. And the vacuum wasn't out in the open, so they went through my closet to find it... What else did they look through?
The tile crew left two holes in my kitchen wall and I was not offered an apology or explanation. I sent pictures to the salesperson, and she did not even respond. It's unfortunate because my parents considered this salesperson a friend.
I have remained courteous and respectful even though my home was not treated in the same manner. The work is fine, but I am severely disappointed with the customer service.

Very poor customer service. Not attentive, not responsive

They were in charge of installing new carpets into our new office, and these guys turned what was initially a week delay into over a month. We were offered no alternative solutions, just told the same thing over and over again. Their delay caused everything else to be delayed which ended up losing us a lot of money. Can’t recommend working with them at all.
