Edgar came and helped fix a low pressure shower that has been in issue for a while. He was on time and helpful. The problem wasn’t simple but he worked through it quickly. I’ve used team Enoch for several other items and they are a go to for our family.

I had Edgar come out to repair a faucet and get my water running. We discovered the issue was larger than we originally thought but Edgar went above and beyond to try and find a solution. He was on time, had a great demeanor and communicated everything clearly. I always have great experiences with Team Enoch and will be calling them for my future needs.

Tons of accolades, so this may be a long review.

I’ve worked with several HVAC companies in the past (if you don’t buy a brand new house this can happen), and believe I’ve found my go to provider in Team Enoch.

I first encountered them on ThumbTack, and was not sure what to expect. They were coming out after my warranty sent a scam company to diagnose a problem. The scammer gave me a big bill ($800 to clean a blower) and the tech they sent tried pressured me into paying him on the side ($500) to do the work. So I had Team Enoch come out for a quote (trying to get 2 more quotes for the work). I was nervous after the scammer, but the tech Jason with Team Enoch, made me feel way more comfortable in a matter-of-fact discussion about his quote (under $200) and my unit.

Before Jason came, I noticed a change in the temperature in my home. I adjusted the temp and did not think anything of it. Jason cleaned the blower and all was well. The next day I noticed there was still and issue with the temp in my home and the scammer was blowing up my phone trying to get me to pay him to clean the blower and do some other random work.

I called Team Enoch and they sent another guy who was soooo patient (it was super late and I was his last call out, but instead of rescheduling he came out past 9pm). He found the problem - the scammer loosened a screw so that my unit was not able to work. He wanted it to appear that he was right, if I didn’t get this blower cleaned RIGHT NOW the system was going to EXPLODE and stop working…

Enoch for the second win, and it wasn’t very expensive.

Then, 6 month later, one of my units gave out (a month before I’d planned on replacing it). I called my new warranty company, they sent a group who asked that this new warranty company (I was not going to keep paying the old warranty company that sent scammers to my home - and they sided with the scammer when I gave them notice about it) replace the entire unit. I googled the group they sent out, and many of the reviews said not to use them - that the new warranty company sent them to the reviewer and there was a bad install.

So called Team Enoch again. Michael Yates held my hand through the type of products they can install. Although they did not accept my home warranty, he was able to help me out with a payment plan that fit my lifestyle. The installation team came pretty quickly and have been working diligently. THEN, they offered a product for maintenance… with a discount for new customers. I spoke to Jarred who also, held my hand and was patient with answering all my questions about the product they offered. Team Enoch for the fourth win!

I’m very happy to have stumbled upon TE and feel very secure in having chosen them for the long haul. Everyone should opt for this company’s service.

Team Enoch has been incredible. We just moved into a house that required extensive plumbing work. We got several bids, but none of the other companies gave us the confidence we felt from Team Enoch’s Vicente and Leo, who did the initial assessment. Vicente had ideas about how to the place the new pipes that made good sense compared to other company representatives who were not as innovative and logical.

We were impressed Team Enoch was able to install a new hot water heater the day we moved in (for our comfort and convenience), and they began the major project within a week. Chad headed up the crew and was so helpful with answering questions and so responsive to any concerns. The men did an almost super human job of removing cast iron pipes from under our pier and beam house. The whole project took several days, and yet we felt very little disruption. They obviously took great pride in their work and in overcoming the difficulties our old house posed to them. We really appreciate their work ethic. They all did a fantastic job! We have to commend Chad for exceeding our expectations so many times and Vicente whose knowledge and expertise insured a smooth job from the beginning. We were greatly impressed and are now loyal customers of Team Enoch!

I needed to have some outdoor outlets replaced because they were aging. Dylan came out to complete the work and did a fantastic job. No surprises there. But, here is the backdrop to give a little context. Team Enoch has put up 2 ceiling fans, an EV charger, 2 HVAC units, a water heater and so many more services over the years. So, you can't properly evaluate Dylan's excellence without the context of Team Enoch's long history of outstanding work. I think it's better to describe him as an "ambassador" for a great company, rather than just a skilled technician who are great to work with again. Maybe it is fair to say that both apply equally.

I’ve used this company several times now for plumbing and HVAC work, and they’ve consistently been excellent. They show up when they say they will, treat my home like it’s their own, and take the time to explain what they’re doing. I really value their “say-do” ratio — if they tell you they’ll do something, it gets done, no drama. Pricing is always clear and transparent, which makes the whole process easy. Just an all-around professional, courteous team that I trust every time.

I've used Enoch now for two electrical projects. They did a great job for both and the prices were reasonable. The technician was polite and professional. I'll certainly use them again.

Highly recommend Team Enoch. Called with an issue n my unit and Brandon came out and took care of our problem. He was quick and thorough and took the time to explain and show what was wrong.

Leo was great! He is friendly, very professional, and respectful, and worked really hard to fix our broken hose spigot quickly in the fading daylight. He did a great job! Despite the initial mistake, this company deserves five stars for how they handled the situation. The wrong unit was installed at first, but after working directly with the CEO, they made it right by removing it and installing the correct one. The technicians were highly knowledgeable and did an excellent job throughout the process. Even with the hiccup, I’m very satisfied with the outcome. I will continue doing business with them and confidently recommend them to others.

This time, we had a plumbing problem that needed addressed quickly. Leo, our technician, was considerate from start to finish, and did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable, confident, kind, curtieous, and very professional. The price was also reasonable for the service needed. We used Team Enoch for servicing our A/C before and was completely satisfied with that experience. We will definitely consider them with their other services should the need arise. Multiple years of excellent service, first used Enoch on an investment property in 2021 to correct previous plumbing and electrical contractor work. Have used for my personal residences ever since for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work. Great customer service, reasonably priced, and provides insightful information for the services needed. Chris called to let me know he was in route to my home and would arrive soon which I appreciated very much because I work from home and have a dog, so it gave me time to prepare for his arrival. Chris was very thorough and detailed and resolved the problem quickly.
