Many times in the last 20 years I have called upon Herndon-McFarland Plumbing to provide various plumbing services at my residence. Every time, this company has provided excellent, fast, respectful and courteous service. Since plumbing needs can be urgent and expensive, I have learned to trust and depend on their receptionist, appointment scheduling, their long time plumber Javier and his team as well as the owner, Lee McFarland. I highly recommend this company.

What a great company and professional experience. Mr. Lee McFarland explained everything I needed done on my slab leak and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I'm very fortunate to have found such a honest and reliable business to take care of my plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them . I had a couple of estimates and by far they were the best price. You can not go wrong choosing them.

Herdon McFarland Pluming was referred to me by my insurance Nationwide. These guys know there business. Courtesy and communication every morning. They had two crews and they were both as courteous. They dug under my house to remove a broken pipe. They ran their cameras in different areas and sent a proposal to my insurance. A fantastic plumbing company. Everyone that came to our home was incredibly polite and professional. We had a foundation slab leak, and it was completely fixed just one day after they identified where it was coming from. I cannot stress enough how friendly each person was, from the plumbers to the office staff that answered the phones. They even took the time to explain to me what they needed to do each step along the way. We will definitely be keeping them in our contacts for any time we need plumbing in the future.

Unfortunately for me I have used Herndon McFarland twice in the past year for foundation leak. Each time they scheduled appointment in a timely manner, were on time and performed work as previously discussed, including listening to homeowners' concerns.

Eddie, Lee, and team have been a joy to work with. They were able to find and fix a complicated pipe leak that was a full foot underneath the slab. They also identified two other leaks and fixed them in a timely manner. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and provided great customer service. Would highly recommend!

Everyone working in the house was very nice and they they kept the house clean and completely fixed the leak. Calls were returned quickly and phone staff was friendly. Overall, they saved me a lot of money by finding the actual leak and getting it done before closing.

BACKGROUND:We found Herndon McFarland Plumbing through our Home Insurance agency during a difficult home selling process. While our house was inspected a possibility of a leak was found. Our buyers hired another plumbing company who found a "separation" in the pipes in a part of our house and quoted us a huge amount to fix the "leak." It took us another high priced plumber to tell us that a separation doesn't necessarily mean a leak but they quoted us $600 just to do an isolated leak test after already charging me a couple hundred dollars to snake the pipes and relook at the previous plumbers findings. I was very frustrated at that point.

Our insurance company set us up with McFarland for the isolated testing and they did a very thorough job and found the true leak. Their quote to fix the leak (in a completely different place that the first plumber's guess -btw) was reasonable and they could finish the job when needed.

A few days before they were to begin one of the owners called me to tell me that they couldn't get a permit because there was some kind of lien on our property from a previous owner. He had already talked to the appropriate people and told me who I needed to contact and how I could resolve the issue. He was understanding of my freaking out moment and encouraged me not to worry. Luckily, I was able to get everything worked out right away and the plumbers could still do the work on time and as planned.

I was very pleased with the services we received. Every employee we worked with was very professional and easy to work with. Teresa was very helpful in getting me in touch with the correct person when calling. I would recommend this company for any of your plumbing problems.

Herndon McFarland was recommended to us via our insurance company. They completely replaced our entire sewage system under our slab foundation. They made quick work of the laborious project, took a lot of time to walk us through the process and options as more things popped up through the project, worked well with our insurance company, completed the work skillfully with neat cleanup after, were polite and always took their shoes off when they came into our house to keep it clean. Shawn was also very responsive whenever we had questions. We highly recommend their services and will be using Herndon McFarland for all of our plumbing needs moving forward.

I’ve had several of their plumbers to my home. I had to have major work done on my home. Each employee was very professional, did great work, trust worthy company. I even now, I’ll call them when I need something done. Great group of people.

I had a hot water line leaking underneath my home. Called Herndon McFarland and spoke to Lee McFarland. He was able to schedule me quickly to start the repair process. Patrick and Shawn made the repair and were extremely professional, polite and on time with each visit. Cannot say enough nice things about this company. Also have to give a credit to Decota who works in their office. She has also been very polite and helpful. Highly recommend, will never use another plumbing company.

We had five different plumbers who all came to our house who either couldn’t fix our issue or quoted us ridiculous sums and gave no guarantees. We called Herndon McFarland on a Friday after 5pm and expected to leave a message but Lee answered and was incredible helpful. He made sure they were out to our house first thing Monday morning and fixed our issue within an hour. The total price was less than a quarter what the other companies quoted us and we’ve never been more impressed with a plumber before. We will only use Herndon McFarland moving forward!

I have used this company 3x in 5 yrs and I will never use anyone else as long as they are in business. The owner Mr McFarland down to every worker onsite and in office have always been professional and friendly. I’ve never been pressured or lied to about work needed and pricing after many other quotes are fair and reasonable and they work with you. The workers are trustworthy and I can assure my property is safe even if I am not there and the work is impeccable. Thank you so much.

We had a pipe burst in our attic, so you can imagine the stress we have felt dealing with everything. In addition, we had a terrible experience with our last plumbing job through My Local Plumber which made us nervous about all plumbing companies. From the start, this company was clear on costs and responsive. Trent came out and was better than the best. He was kind and patient, worked quickly to find the leak, and had it fixed in less than two hours. The cost was exactly what we were quoted. Excellent service was received for a major plumbing problem & solution in Sept- Oct '22 . The entire office staff , master plumbers and journeymen , including Lee McFarland were attentive and easy to work with to completion of our extensive project. Everyone I encountered at this company was a pure delight to work with. It was scary to need extensive plumbing work but this team was courteous, prompt, CLEAN and very kind and respectful. The owner even came out when I had a question about a subsequent issue and scheduled the repair right away. They had to dig up an area of my patio and I was pleased with the way they matched my patio stone when they replaced it. They also did a great job protecting my shrubs and replanting them.

I had a lot of major issues with leaks and my sewer lines under my house. They did a great job explaining everything, answering my questions promptly, and the work crews were polite and on time every day.I would use them again if needed and recommend their services.

Being a homeowner has its ups and downs. On Feb 2024 we walked into our master bedroom to find it flooded....a nightmare. We cleaned up, turned off the water and started making calls. The water damage guy came to do an assessment and recommended Herndon Mcfarland Plumbing. They sent Trent out today and it was the best experience ever. He was fast, patient when I had questions, and had the problem fixed super quickly. We were charged exactly what was quoted. It was a stressful issue but this really ended it on a good note.
