Amazing service! Our only regret was not choosing this company from the start! We initially used another company (Demand Construction) who started the project, but after a year of the other company making a comedy of mistakes and being unable to get our solar system running, we reached out to Good Faith Energy. They took over the project and were able to quickly identify and correct the other company’s mistakes and quickly get our system up and working. They were all around amazing to work with: courtesy, prompt, knowledgeable, and skilled. In particular, our technician Zachary and scheduler Alisha were exceptional and went above and beyond! Thanks!!!

First of all, i would like to thank the crew who worked on the roof in 100+ degrees weather. They did awesome job! Thanks to electrician (Damien), sorry if i spelled your name wrong, for good spotless work. Shout out to Amanda for getting all the approvals. Owner did a great job resolving a conflict. Post installation followup by Frans is much appreciated, he was able answer all my questions. This is a great team work to complete my solar system and would highly recommend it to anyone reading this review! Forgot the name of sales team, she was amazing to answer all my stupid questions.

We had a fantastic experience with Good Faith Energy in Prosper! They installed solar panels, a Tesla Powerwall 3, and set up two Tesla EV chargers in our garages. The service was exceptional, and the team was very professional and efficient. We highly recommend Good Faith Energy for anyone looking for renewable energy solutions.

I first learned of Good Faith Energy when they were assigned to me through the Switch Together Dallas program four months ago. My initial research impressed me with their good reviews from customers and their A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Working with Good Faith has continued to impress me. My first contact with Good Faith was Taylor Thomas. She came out and inspected the house and discussed the options for adding solar. She was very knowledgeable in her discussion and patient with all my questions. It helped her that I had a listing of our electricity usage for each of the previous 12 months and what our goals were in obtaining solar. Taylor was able to customize a system for my current needs and future use. The proposal she sent was very detailed. It showed the predicted monthly production of her proposed system, cost breakdown, scope of work, warranty, and specs for the installed equipment as well as many other details. They were very transparent with their responsibilities and expectations. Right after signing the proposal Project Manager Amanda Haines emailed me with an overview for the project and offered her assistance with the HOA approval process. I downloaded the Good Faith app to track the progress but really didn’t use it that much because Amanda was always so prompt and helpful with her email responses. She coordinated everything regarding the installation and activation of the project and kept me informed. She made sure I received a copy of the design layout from Austin Szymanowicz, the Good Faith PV Designer. She put me in touch with Shaima Abdalla in billing to help me with the transfer of funds. I was impressed with Good Faith’s transparency and how everyone I interacted with was committed to the project being successful. The installation crew was fast but detail oriented. They made sure the wiring and conduit were inconspicuous and panels/boxes were accessible. The electricians came the following day to connect and test the installation. They took time to show me everything they did and helped connect my system to the Enphase app. After installation Amanda sent photos of the installed equipment for my records. Oncor provided a Permission to Operate letter the same day based on Good Faith’s excellent reputation. A few weeks after installation Frans Sanchez came out to inspect the installation, orient me and my wife to all its components. Frans discuss safety, maintenance and made recommendations for electricity retailers. I had a two-page list of questions, that he answered without hesitation and added additional ideas and thoughts. With Good Faith Energy you are not just hiring an installer, you are starting a long-term relationship with a group of dedicated individuals to look after your solar energy system. They continue to make themselves available to answer questions and help me. I highly recommend them and feel they will be available and helpful for years to come. As a tribute to their design and installation our first electric bill after installation was just $22.91.

I inquired with Good Faith Energy a year ago for a carport to add solar onto as well as batteries and an EV charger. At the time there was not anyone who could help me build the carport, but the sales rep I spoke to, MK, went above and beyond and kept searching until he found someone who could help. There were a few bumps on the way with the carport being delayed (not GFEs fault) but they remained patient and continued to work with me for the months it took to get the carport built and be structurally sound. They were the only company who came out and did detailed engineered for my system, explained everything to me, sparing no detail, and got my system working amazingly and looking better than I ever expected. True professionals in their field and they actually care about their community (I've been to several of their office events). I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Big thanks to Amanda my project manager, Austin the engineer who worked on my plans, and of course MK who was more than a sales rep, he treated me like a good friend and always had my best interests in mind. GFE is the only company worth working with through and through!

We recently made the decision to switch to solar power for our home and after extensive research, chose Good Faith Energy for their expertise and commitment to customer service. From the start, our Sales Executive, Moses, patiently guided us through the process, answering all questions without any pressure.

Project Manager Amanda assisted in obtaining all city, utility and HOA permits, and the installation team, led by a communicative and thorough team lead, did an excellent job. Initial breaker issues with our Span electrical panel were quickly resolved.

We were particularly impressed with the post-installation support from Field Applications Engineer, Frans. He went above and beyond, providing both remote and in-person guidance on using the Tesla and Span apps to manage our system. His continued support even after installation has been invaluable.

Overall, we are thrilled with our decision to go solar with Good Faith Energy. Led by CEO Mo Abdalla, the entire team provided exceptional service and made the transition seamless. We highly recommend Good Faith Energy to anyone considering solar power for their home.

I went with Good Faith Energy as they were highly recommend through a co-op program offered by the local municipality which vets solar companies that meet certain criteria and best practices. I also received a 2nd opinion for solar and they had heard only good thing about Good Faith as compared to many others.

The process was solid, the financing process was excellent and the installation was flawless!

I had the opportunity to work with Goodfaithenergy on my solar installation, and I have to say, the level of cuastomer support and installation quality is amazing. They did a quick installation of my solar panels and powerwalls in one day, and answered all my questions, provided training on how to manage my powerwalls and the best power utility recommendations to make the Return on Investment for my system. I have a solar system in Puerto Rico with batteries backup and during hurricane Maria the Island was without power for many months, but my house and family were secured, so I understand the need to be prepared for emergency situations like the one had here in Texas. I wanted to share my positive experience with the entire solar process, from start to finish. The sales team (Lindsey Fuentes and team) was professional and transparent, providing clear and detailed information that made the decision-making process smooth and easy.
The project management team (Amanda Haines and team) did an excellent job keeping everything on track and ensuring I was updated every step of the way. The installation (Electricians – Ivan and Steven, Solar Installers – Luis and Reeser) was seamless, with the team demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail, resulting in a high-quality (Quality – Cris) installation.
Finally, the walk-through team (Frans Sanchez team) was fantastic in explaining the system’s functionality, ensuring I felt confident using the new setup. Their thoroughness and willingness to answer all my questions really stood out.

Good Faith Energy installed 17 REC Solar Panels, a Tesla Powerwall 3, a SPAN smart panel and Tesla wall connector at my home in Frisco, Texas. They earned my business after I met with all of the Coserv certified installers listed on their website. Their process was extremely transparent, professional and thorough. My husband and I are both retired and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and help us achieve our goal of energy independence! Looking forward to getting my installation in soon!

Really glad I chose GFE for our Solar project in Antigua. Throughout the project I have been impressed by their knowledge, attention to detail, "can-do" attitude and responsiveness - all really important when you are crazy enough to be the first person to install a large Tesla solar roof and battery storage solution on a small Caribbean island. Great to be able to speak to the guys who own and run the business directly, who always make themselves available and go the extra mile. Would happily use them again.

I did some fairly extensive research and ended up interviewing 5 different solar companies. Good Energy stood out, by far, as being the best to do business with. They've been in business for 10+ years and their customer service is stellar. The sales process was no pressure. When I had questions regarding the contract, Mo (the owner) called me and personally went over every question/concern I had and was happy to accommodate me and change what made me uneasy in order to put my mind at ease. He was beyond nice and accommodating. The installation process was thorough and smooth. They happily worked with our every need and request. Beyond that, they are local and they always have someone who answers your phone calls and emails quickly. Once the installation process was complete, they sent out an expert (Frans) to go over how my entire system worked, what to do in case of an outage, how to go off grid, and how to save the most money by using the right electric company combined with programming tactics. He was so extremely knowledgable, super nice, and very patient as he spent several hours with me teaching me and answering any questions I had. He also gave me his number in case I had any further questions in the future. We had 75 solar panels installed on our roof with 4 Tesla back-up batteries. We are up and running and making more energy than we are actually using. Thank you GFE for your stellar customer service and excellent products! OH! And shout out to Francisco (the installing electrician) too! He and his assistant (I don't remember his name) were so extremely nice and very knowledgeable. They were motivated to make sure every circuit worked as it was supposed to and that we were happy with the results of their work. Super team of guys at Good Faith Energy! Highly recommend!

Good Faith Energy installed an 18kW solar system with battery back up at our house in October. They were great from the first call until the finish. Our salesperson Meghan was wonderful to work with and went the extra mile to make sure that they had as much information as they needed to estimate the job properly and was always available to answer questions and make sure we were aware of what we were getting. I felt that their pricing was pretty close to other quotes that we got for the system, but they were more detailed. Once we had committed to working with Good Faith, we paid a deposit and they put together the documents needed for getting a permit and we waited for Dallas to give us the okay to move forward. There is a little bit of waiting while this happens so be aware that between the work needed to get the permit documents together, for Dallas to issue the permit, and for you to get on the construction schedule it may be a couple of months. A lot of that time is waiting for Dallas to issue the permit, though. Once construction began the crews started early in the morning and worked diligently all day. They were good about cleaning up and I didn’t have any concerns about them having complete access to the house. Everyone was friendly and professional. Unlike most contractors I’ve worked with, Good Faith Energy had Cris, who was solely dedicated to quality control, come out separately from the construction crew after everything was done and look over the install to make sure it was done to their standards. They also had Frans come out and explain the system to us in detail, help us set up apps on our phone that controlled the battery and load control systems, pick a power supplier to maximize our savings, and do a power outage simulation to show how the system works when the grid goes down. Good Faith Energy is a soup to nuts provider. They never let us feel like we were on our own. They were experts on the system that they installed; they will maintain the system, update the system should we want that, and everyone has been completely delightful to work with. I don’t think you can go wrong with Good Faith as your solar energy company!

Blown Away by Good Faith Energy!

We’re about 70% through our roof replacement with Tesla Solar Tiles, and WOW — Good Faith Energy has been amazing! From day one, they’ve gone above and beyond. They made the insurance process a breeze, showed up right on time, and have been moving the project along like total pros.

The crew is friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about their work. Everything looks incredible so far, and I’m genuinely excited to see the final result. If the rest of the job goes anything like the first part, it’s going to be perfect.

Good Faith Energy has an incredible team that focuses on putting the customer first. They have been installing Solar and Batteries for 10 years. I was interested in building a home in the area with a Tesla Solar Roof, and they were able to answer my questions in detail while educating me on the benefits of the Solar Roof with Texas’s hail storms. I visited their office in person, and they had two new Tesla Cybertrucks!
Looking forward to working with this company, they are knowledge and highly experienced in installing solar!

A couple of things that stood out to me, first, was the fact that they didn’t try to oversell the benefits of solar. Secondly, their sizing of our system. I wanted to go all out with multiple Powerwalls, but ended up with a single Powerwall 3 and a 16kw system based on their review of our past energy consumption. After reviewing the solar output from our system, I feel their sizing was spot on. Again, I highly recommend this company.

After a disastrous experience with another solar company who stole my money, I turned to good faith energy late in the year, hoping to be able to get the federal income tax credit before it expired. I didn’t think anyone could do it given the work that was involved. Not only did they do it, but they came through early. Their workers were professional timely, communicative, and friendly. They really stand out in a world where service people seemed intense on gouging and providing the least quality service they can get away with. I don’t recommend companies very often, but I do recommend good faith energy.

I had been doing my research and shopping around for a solar installer for sometime. Interacted with many who were just not honest and were looking for a quick sale.

A colleague shared Good Faith Energy's (GFE) contact and from the start Mo and Sammy were prompt, extremely easy to work with, transparent, and the best part, zero pressure.

GFE really went out of their way to research and explain the benefits of comparable Tesla systems, however, the PointGuard system was something we were adamant about pursuing.

Within a few days Mo and his team had gotten back to us and provided an estimate. They answered all of our questions and made it simple and easy to sign.

Even with just a few months from year end, the Good Faith team ensured our system was installed within the schedule and timeline they had committed to. Most critically playing the role of a partner that ensured inspections were completed successfully.

This made everything simple and extremely easy to follow, they had subject matter experts working closely with our HOA and utility providers, scheduling inspections on our behalf.

It truly felt like a white glove service.
