Gentry Plumbing provided outstanding service from start to finish. They were reliable, professional, and showed up right on time. The work was done efficiently, and everything was explained clearly. It’s hard to find a company you can truly trust, but they delivered on every level. I highly recommend Gentry Plumbing for anyone needing dependable and high-quality service. Will definitely be calling them again!!

These guys are awesome. We had an old toilet that was constantly backing up that I was tired of fighting, they came out same day, scoped and cleared the line, and replaced the toilet, no problem since. My new goto for plumbing.

A great family run plumbing service. I hired them for two separate jobs and they did great work, charged a reasonable price. Gary is great!

I was in need of a plumber to install plumbing for a rv...which I learned was difficult to find and very pricey!! I saw several plumbers, received lots of sky high bids and everyone seemed to be guessing on what to do.

Thankfully, Gentry Plumbing was recommended to me. They came out the same day for a quote, explained what needed to be done and exactly why.

Gentry Plumbing was on time, responsive, explained everything in a way that I understood, and they were VERY reasonably priced! Jack Pot!! We also needed to have a hot water heater repaired, which they did. They will be our go-to Plumbers moving forward. If you want to know 100% that you're plumbing will be handled correctly, and don't want to break the bank, Gentry Plumbing is for you!

The company exhibits a pattern of tardiness and early departures, which compromise hygiene standards. Consequently, I strongly advise against utilizing their services.

Yes, it’s my fault for paying them.

Got half the work and paid all the money. Yes, this is my fault but they cannot be trusted to do what they say they will do.

Longer story is we hired them on recommendation from our realtor and were given a flat price for several jobs to be completed on our newly purchased home. Immediately the delays in getting the work done began and slowly I realized Gary was backing out of what was included in the flat price he’d quoted. I needed to find all the fixtures and buy the valves and look for the right this and that. He would tell me he’d send me pictures and get pricing. Then I wouldn’t hear from him for a week and a half. I would reach back out and instead I was supposed to be getting him something. We were relocating, selling another home, coordinating other contractors. I should have just waved off but I didn’t. We ended up getting the least complicated work that my husband could have done when he was finally able to move down and the rest was simply forgotten. Regardless of my idiocy here, they can’t be trusted.

Bottom line, go with someone else.

Doesn't respond to messages. Plumbed the kitchen sink and disposal incorrectly. Claimed he checked for leaks in certain areas and reported no leaks, however there are leaks. The upstairs bathtub is still leaking too. Nothing was properly fixed. I do not recommend.
