What a relief to find a professional, honest, responsive and reasonable company. He’s certified by Jandy (I called them for reference). When Carlos called in our new heater warranty Jandy said they added an extra year. Think about it - Jandy trusts Kingdom Pools to represent them. You should too!

Carlos has gone above and beyond in taking care of our needs in only two treatments. Our previous pool service never did half the work he has done in less than a week. Very grateful that Kingdom's Pool and Spa Services went out of their way to give us a jump start with our brand new pool; our fresh water had high levels of PH and Alkalinity and we were struggling to bring it down on our own. He was fast and even instructed me on how to maintenance our pool and pump to make them last a long time. Other companies wouldn't give us a one-time service because it's an above-ground pool. He didn't overcharge either. If I owned an in-ground pool, I would sign up for their weekly service.

If you have a pool, Kingdom Pool will always be a cut above anyone else. I have come to know Carlos the business owner over the many years he has serviced my pool. A man of integrity, he has always went above and beyond for me. Trust me, I have tried many other companies, I will never recommend any other pool company.

Best pool service in town. After a few bad experiences with other local companies, I was glad I could get back in touch with Carlos.

Him and his team always do a great job and for a fair price. Not only have they taken care of pool cleaning, but they’ve helped with pipes, pump and filter issues.

You get what you paid for.! If you’re just looking to get your chemical checked, that’s about what you get. End up having to pay quite a bit of money to get her pool back in order . To the response been over a year for a response. Obviously this is an attempt to save face. Obviously their response is enough about who they are.

These folks are not very professional. We agreed on a price and we agreed on the amount of time that they would come to our pool. I would call them and say the pool looks bad and they would say well we were out there you weren’t home. I don’t think these folks ever come out they value you they get their money And
then they don’t take care of business would not recommend.

Stopped coming on their own to my in laws house after they had passed. Will not take responsibility for the shape and condition of the pool after 3.5-4 weeks of not coming.

We already have a better pool company coming. And as I see some of the reviews, ball dropping is common here.
