We are a return customer after 17 years of using Southern Air, in the 17 years we used them on our 1st unit we only called them for service. They were always there without any issues. Professional, courteous & knowledgeable. They had to install a new inside unit yesterday. We were very pleased with the work ethics they have. Hard to find anyone like this anymore. Also, they bragged & bragged on their company, Southern Air. Thank you once again for being the company that we can always depend on. If I could give a you a "10" Star I sure would.

We called Southern Air for a 2nd opinion after not seeing much confidence from the 1st HVAC company we had initially called to inspect our HVAC unit. And Im glad we did! Kyle from Southern Air came out and provided 10x more insight on the potential issues and resolutions for the repair than the other company gave us. I can definitely recommend this company for any HVAC needs. I work in the contractor world myself and recognize good technicians when I see them. So.. Thanks again, Kyle! Southern Air Mechanical LLC is one of the best and very professional HVAC company that I have ever worked in with as a home owner. They are the one who have installed our HVAC unit to our brand new home in Weatherford. From day one, they are always accommodating and quick to resolve issue I bring to their attention. Very satisfied with the warranty work and maintenance they do for all their units. They come on time and all technicians are very professional . Big shout out to Leslie, Stephanie, Jose A. and John S. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had my a/c system checked today. I’ve been doing business with Southern Air since 2010.
They the best A/C company I’ve ever had. Today John Schwmacher came out. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything he had done. Showed me my filter changed out my UV bulb. He was so thorough even checked my duct work, told me they looked good. I don’t know if I’ve ever had a tech be so good.
You won’t be sorry if you choose this company.

Our technician, Kyle McDaniel, came to do maintenance on our AC unit today. He was very thorough and explained what was needed. He did a great job!

We had both our a/c units serviced by Tim today. He did a great job. He is very thorough and precise. He made a couple of minor adjustments which he explained very well. We have been so pleased with Southern Air and highly recommend them if you need new units or service to your existing units.

I have been using Southern Air since 2007. This week my AC stopped working, I called early and the technician, Jose Olazaba, arrived by noon and gave me several options to repair. He called their office and their sales rep Kelly was able to locate the unit I needed and that night the new AC unit was delivered. Jose came back out and completed the install about 9 pm. Great service and everything completed same day!

We have used Southern Air since 2004 for our home HVAC needs. They always provide prompt, courteous and professional service. This is a down-to-earth company that has earned our trust over many years.

Quick response to our air conditioning problem which is crucial in the Texas heat. Luis had several challenges and repairs, but all is fixed and running cold! Thank you once again Southern Air for honest, quality and dependable work!
