After calling down the list to find help, I was losing hope of finding anyone competent or available. We were extremely fortunate to get their help with our dishwasher. Super knowledgeable and affordable. The gentleman who came to our house was very personable and had us fixed up in no time. Would definitely recommend!

Great, great service from these guys. Very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and very reasonably priced. I thought I was going to have to spend a small fortune to get our dryer fixed, after I called other repair companies, and had to wait a couple days. Instead, black diamond appliances came by, quickly, diagnosed the problem, advised that there was no need to waste money throwing parts on something that just needs to be properly diagnosed. Will definitely be using these guys again in the future including for future purchases!!!
