Consider exploring their choices. Quartz inside, tons of granite choices inside and outside. Adrian is patient to help find Affordable pieces to stay in budget. I know, because I had 3 men hounding me to stay in budget. Found me a beautiful piece of granite.

The tile selections are set up really nice but the carpet not so much, friendly folks.

Called and was quoted basic pricing of $29 sf installed. Went in person and found a remnant matching what we needed and they said remnants were priced even cheeper. They were very inconsistent in the store with their pricing and secretive behind counter about pricing. So after being quoted a $29sf installed for the remnant we picked, which was supposed to be cheeper than their base price of 29sf they added a $250 “handling fee” to the price making it closer to $40 a sf. When asked about the $250 handling fee they said it was standard practice everywhere. I called several other businesses and no one charges this “handling fee”. They are priced cheep for a reason, there are hidden fees and it’s very deceptive business practices. Also one of their own google reviews is a fake review as it’s the owners son making the review.

Can’t even get them to come out and measure. First they just simply couldn’t make it and that’s ok things happen, I get it. So we talked on the phone and set a time for the next day. Then they didn’t sale that certain flooring anymore. I replied and said that ok we can still get the measurements though. 3 hours past the scheduled time I get a text saying 2:30 will work as if we didn’t discuss it over the phone the day before. Can’t imagine what kind of excuses would be in store after hiring them for a job.
