Dewald homes LLC built our dream home. Victor and his crew were informative, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and professional. I love my new home! We will definitely use Dewald Homes LLC for future plans to build.

I had Dewald install a through the wall dog door. I cannot express how awesome of a job they did! They were professional and courteous. They did a better job than it could have imagined! 10 out of 10 stars!!!

I can not say enough good things about Victor and his crew. I contacted him solely on the outstanding reviews on his website and he did not disappoint! I wanted a shower remodel for my elderly mother and his office manager Nick came out to access the project. I was concerned about the cost as she is on a very tight, fixed budget. Not only did they give me a fair cost for the project, but as issues came up along the way as they always do with construction, Victor did his best to correct these issues with quality and cost in the forefront of his mind. This is only the beginning of the ongoing relationship with I have established with Victor and his crew.

I have called on Victor numerous times since the beginning of this project to help me with issues in mom's home. She fell a few weeks back and broke her hip and now we have had the stress of attending to her through hospital, surgery, rehab and now home health care. I have had to call Victor for another plumbing issue, a separate roof issue and an electrical issue. The first plumbing issue was a faucet that I could not get turned off. I frantically texted Victor at 9p at night with my problem. He told me that he would come personally early the next morning to fix it and he did! We have also had ongoing roof issues (with a flat roof) that Victor has had his roofer come and look at and we are waiting for a bid on that. We lost electricity in the bathroom and master bedroom after mom came home from the hospital and Victor would not rest until it was taken care of. I have called Victor my hero a couple of times and I meant it!

Sorry for the long winded review, but I am so impressed with the professionalism and honesty of this young man and his company. You can rest assured that when we need work done in the future, Victor Delwald and his crew are the ONLY ones we intend to contact. We couldn't be any happier with his work. He's one of the good ones. Bonus----he's about as nice as they come also! Thank you over and over, Victor. You're my hero!

Let me just start out by saying Victor is the most patient and professional contractor we've had in our home bar none. Me and my wife didn't exactly have a set plan as far as how we wanted our bathroom remodeled and designed. One thing was for sure what I wanted was different from what my wife wanted. Victor took the time to go over all of our options and patiently set by while me and my wife came to a mutual agreement to the design of our bathroom. What easily could have turned into another nerve racking remodel turned into the best experience I've had thus far with remodeling my home. The bathroom was beautiful and me and my wife could not be more pleased with the cost. We will be using Dewald Home Repair again.

From the initial start the demo guys treated my house and my family like it was there's all the crews were awsome from the plumbing to the time they walked out my door

I could not have asked for a better crew to do a full remodel. Victor, Nick and the crew's workmanship is great. We made some changes along the way that I decided I wanted to add and Victor was fantastic to work with to give me ideas to consider. I kept a running total of my add ones, and at the end of the project, my total was -.10 different. Lol He was on budget, and I couldn't be happier with the finished work!! DeWald Construction did some exterior fascia and soffit repair and replacement on my home and repainted to match perfectly! Will definitely use them again for future projects on the inside! Thanks Victor and Crystal!

DeWald and his company updated our bathroom from a tub to a shower. They replaced flooring, vanities, mirrors, and lighting. They were professional and accommodating to all of the extra stuff we added on during the remodel. If an issue came up, they gave us a reasonable price on fixing it. There wasn’t any surprises on the final bill. Our restroom looks amazing and they made the whole remodel hassle-free.

My mother needed a hole in her kitchen floor repaired and new tile layed. They did an awesome job! She also wanted her front and back doors replaced. The quote provided was right and nothing additional was charged. I would recommend for any home repairs.

Had them do a full kitchen remodel. The guys were amazing- they were on time, so nice, quick, and left no mess each time they completed a task. I added and took items off as the project went and they were so nice and patient with all my wants and needs. My project was completed way before quoted date and I couldn’t be happier! I will be using on future projects FOR SURE!

We recently had a water leak in our home that caused some major remodeling in our kitchen. Dewald Homes worked with us and our insurance company to repair our kitchen and flooring. The result was a high quality repair work with an amazing result! We are very pleased!!

We had DeWald do a bathroom remodel. Tearing out old bathtub and installing a walk-in shower. They were very professional from the estimate to the tear out to the tile work. We are very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend their services.

We used DeWald to turn the guest bathtub into a shower tub. The cost was much more reasonable than prior estimates and the work was done well. There were a few delays because of a sub contractor but we would not hesitate to use the company for future work.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home. There were several repairs that needed to be done, some big, some small. Victor and his guys took care of everything, and were flexible as the to-do list grew and changed! We had the whole house repainted, and the work was beautiful. We have since moved in, and new maintenance issues have popped up, and we have been able to rely on Victor to take care of us and our new home. It means alot to me to know i have someone I trust to be in my home that is able to tackle such a wide range of home repairs in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!

Victor DeWald and his team took care of us from start to finish. The project was done in timely manner and the quality of work was impeccable. We will use DeWald for all of our home remodels from here on out!

DeWald completed a remodel project for our home built in 1932.
The project involved the kitchen and bath, and flooring through out our home. The changes they made will help us enjoy our home in the future as we grow older. Victor DeWald and his crew were honest, trust worthy and very responsive to our desires and and any concerns we had.

I am very pleased with the quality of work Dewald Home Repair applied to my bathroom! Originally my husband and I hired someone else to install a new shower and tile, but the work completed was terrible and unsafe. Dewalt Home Repair came in and saved the day! My bathroom is beautiful and their customer service was fantastic! I will definatley call them again for my next project and i highly recommend them to anyone.

Victor and his crew were professional and courteous. We had a load bearing wall removed. They worked quickly and cleaned up everything. They were even kind to my dogs and not annoyed when the dogs came to visit them. The cost was very reasonable and the workmanship was great. You now would never know a wall had been there.
