Friendly, professional, honest. I have found my new a/c, & heating professionals.
On a Saturday I called them at 3 pm. They were on sight by 4pm, done and repaired by 5pm.

Would reccomend to anyone. -2018

Dec 2025.... They are STILL my a/c& heating company.

They are still honest about pricing, they are still prompt and helpful.

Can't change my mind.... They are the BEST in Amarillo.

Our heater blower motor failed. They alerted me that the technician would arrive earlier than scheduled. He crawled up into my freezing attic with single digit temperatures outside. He completed the job quickly and professionally. Plus, he was just a nice guy. Found my HVAC guys for every need in the future.

Excellent service they are very nice professional ,called them day of problem they came out same day can't say enough nice things about the way we were treated by them once again Adam's to the rescue!! Cant say enough air conditioner called 10pm at night they came out next day sent a very nice tech out all of them have been excellent anyway thanks Alex awesome work !! Got it running great!

I had a air conditioner break down the hottest week of the year so far. The lady scheduled an appointment very quickly and was very nice. The tech came out and repaired it wonderfully. The pricing was very reasonable.

This is an excellent company! Our air conditioning when out inJuly while my wife was very pregnant. They showed up quickly with a temporary floor unit. Then they helped us figure out the financing and worked with our budget. All of there technicians were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Our home was built in 1926 but were very quick on a difficult install. Amarillo is lucky to have such a great HVAC company!!

Excellent. I can't recommend them enough. We had them replace a unit about a year ago. They gave us the best pricing around and did not recommend or do any unnecessary work. The job took only a few hours and everything ran beautifully. Now we moved and took advantage of their free furnace service at our new house. We received a call saying they could come earlier than expected if we desired and did a very thorough job, especially for a free service. Amazing company and well run.

First time to use Adams's Air, and could not be happier with their service.
We had recently called out a company that we thought we trusted, and we ended up getting a tech that spent more time trying to sell us a new unit rather than fixing the one we have. We where charged $279 for a trip fee and 2lbs of Freon. With that extensive of a charge our air never reached below 74 degrees that night. I searched for Adam's Air and found their website that states they are a service company not a sales company, and offer free 2nd opionions. I decided to give them a call, and couldn't be more glad that I did. Earnest came out to the house on short notice and went above and beyond trying to figure out what the problem was and fix it instead of trying to sale me a new unit. Low and behold after Earnest left it started cooling imediately, and our air got down to 64 degrees last night where we had it set. Earnest put in 10 times the work that the other company did, and didn't even charge me half of what the other company did. Couldn't be more happy with the service we recieved, and Adam's Air will be the first call I make next time I need service!

I called Adams H&A to look at my furnace since a home inspector found the heating to be defective. Brandon the technician showed up in time and was very professional. He took care of the problem and gave me an honest evaluation of my furnace system. I would definitely hire these guys again.

The guys from Adam's Air are always very professional and efficient in their work at my business. You can always count on them to talk honestly about what you have and what you truly need (or don't need as the case may be) It's a pleasure to work with them and I definitely refer them to everyone I know.

Home warranty company sent Adams for a service call on my heater. Was afraid they would try to upsell parts/services like the other companies try to but was impressed in their customer care. Fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Adams for future HVAC needs.

My wife and I came home on Christmas Day to a busted furnace. My gas was turned off due to very high levels of carbon monoxide filling the house.

Adam’s Air came out next day and diagnosed the problem, and installed a brand new furnace just 2 days after that. What makes this most impressive is the fact that my insurance company was involved, and everything happened inside a span of just 3 days.

The owner came to my house on a Sunday, diagnosed the problem, gave me literature on new systems because mine is clearly broken amd let me borrow 4 space heaters! If there was ever an honorable good hearted company it's Adams Air. I'll never use anyone else for my air needs. Great man and great service. He really cares about the customer and his community. I can't thank you enough sir!

Our AC went out Friday at 6pm just as luck would have it. We called Adams and they sent us Max. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my 7 year old who was “helping”. This is our first experience with Adams, but we will for sure be repeat customers. This is the first tech we have used for HVAC that came to actually fix the problem, instead of trying to sell us things left and right. Thanks Max!

We have used Adam’s Air several times, and on every occasion, it has been an excellent experience. The guys there are very professional and knowledgeable about their work and will explain exactly what steps they are taking to fix whatever problem you may have. Once they are finished, you can be sure that they have done high-quality work.

We chose Adams after a shady encounter with Scottco. They came out and were extremely professional. They did not try to sell us things we didn’t need. He fixed our ac fast and efficiently and answered all of our questions. We will definitely call them every time we need something now!!

When our HVAC system went out, I called around to get replacement quotes. Adam was on site in less than 2 hours. Knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend that anyone with AC needs to consider giving these guys a call.

Adam's Air has been out HVAC service provider of choice since moving to Amarillo. Last night, they reminded us why. Around 7pm on a Wednesday night, and the start of a 10 day 100+ forecast, we notice out house not cooling. Having a newborn in the house, we quickly called hoping to join a waiting list for the next day and only suffer through one night. Max quickly returned our call and said he was on another call but could maybe make it out by was 10pm. Max arrived by 9, quickly identified the part needing replacing and was out the door, of our cooling house, in 15 minutes. Max was our hero. Would highly recommend and will use again.

These guys are amazing. Ancient HVAC system went out on Friday. Called on Monday, they were ready to go on Tuesday. A blizzard hit and they still tried to get to us and gut stuck on our dirt road. Wed they were back and got the whole system installed same day. They cleaned up everything and even hauled our old system away. Everyone was on the job, and on task the whole time. Office staff was wonderful help especially April. Thank you Adam's Air Amarillo.

This is the first Heating/Air Company I’ve used that doesn’t try to sell you a maintenance contract or new unit. Rates for Freon and service calls are very reasonable. My technician was Max. He Is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was impressed by how quickly he found the problem. Will use them from now on.
