My family woke up to a FREEZING house! I called this company because a friend had used them. I was terrified it would be a costly repair since I hadn't even looked inside the furnace closet since I moved in 4 years ago. They were here in a couple hours and had it repaired quickly. J.T. and his employee Anthony were very friendly and complete professionals. Anthony called prior to arrival to give me enough time to get there. We arrived at the same time so there was no waiting. Anthony listened to all of our issues and got to work immediately. Anthony allowed me to watch the process and walked me through and explained every step to educate me and to insure that they were going to address everything and not bill us for unnecessary parts. Anthony fixed the problem quickly and then proceeded to check all the readings to make sure everything was working properly. I would recommend this company over and over. Very prompt and respectful owner and employees. Can't do better then this company.
