I just had my annual inspection and servicing of my central heating and air conditioning systems. My technician was Isiah, who arrived right on time, was very polite and professional, and worked quickly and thoroughly in servicing my HVAC. I’ve been with Gary’s Heating and Air Conditioning for years and have complete faith in their care and management of my units, which they installed, new, in 2022. I highly recommend Gary’s to anyone needing HVAC installation or repairs! And many thanks to Isiah who always gives his best and does such a great job!

First time using them, they came out the same day that I had notified them on the web site. We were out of town and I had my brother over there and meet them, as far as I know quality work and quality service, a little pricey, but I guess that’s what it is now. Previous company had put too much Freon in it and he had to discharge the excess into another tank and we replaced the rusted out box that is attached to the house from the compressor outside.

Dustin was awesome!! Went above and beyond to help out. Very professional in going over what was needed and other things that could use some attention as well. Will definitely continue using Gary's for all of my AC needs in the future! Thank you for being timely and your honesty.

Michael is a very friendly, respectful young man that displayed excellent communication skills. He let me know what he was doing and why. At the end he explained what he felt the problem was and gave options.

Dustin is amazing! He is knowledgeable, transparent, thorough, trustworthy and dependable. I cannot say enough good things about him and the experience we had working with him on a new AC purchase and installation. By the way we had never met him before this experience, but highly recommend him.

Michael was very professional and patient, even with it being a late night call and only 8 degrees outside! We really appreciated the service!

Today’s experience confirms what we already knew about Gary’s. Top notch customer service! They care about their customers and are always thorough with checking all issues. Isiah was super friendly and timely (because it was after hours) and didn’t leave before finding a resolution. We have had bad luck with HVAC units but know we’re in good hands with the team from Gary’s.
