All reviews for Allen's Tri-State Mechanical

So happy with this service today and highly recommend them! Thank you Kevin Baker for your expertise!

We have used Allen's various professionals for several years for both electrical issues and plumbing problems. They have always been extremely professional and polite and always keep their appointments. Jay has especially gone above and beyond every time we have needed him. He always takes the time to explain processes and costs in a way I can understand. Would definitely recommend using any of their services.

I trust Allen’s for my home and business! They have everything I need for hvac and plumbing services, small or big jobs!

Bryan and Austin were very knowledgeable and helpful in the repairs to my refrigeration unit. The repairs were made quickly with very little "down" time.

Taylor and Josh were fantastic. They spent all day cleaning our machines and did such a fantastic job. Very kind and kept us informed of everything going on

Excellent service, Carl brought in my delivered appliances, installed and cleaned up. He was friendly, professional and fast. I would not hesitate to recomend them. Thank you for the great service!

We needed some warranty work on a Bosch dishwasher and they had Allen's Mechanical come out. They showed up days before I was told by the factory. The tech, Kellen showed up when he said he would. Not only polite, he did excellent work. I can't commend his work ethics and professionalism enough.
I would recommend Allen's and Kellen in the future.

Kellen and Taylor installed a giant refrigerator for us. They did a fantastic job. It was a very difficult task getting it together and perfect and they got it done.

These company’s anma and goes above and beyond to deliver. From the call to the receptionist to the guys who came a did the work. Phenomenal service and impeccable work. Cannot give them a high enough recommendation.

I'm a manager with Ashley Furniture and we've been dealing with other companies for years to fix our AC units that are very old and on their last leg. Mark Mendoza was sent out to assist us with the extreme heat and AC units down making us and our customers uncomfortable. He worked very hard to get what he could going and on and the temp in our store has drastically changed making it more comfortable for us all. Thank you Mark and team for helping us get our store back to a comfortable level and I appreciate your help and informing us of all the issues and updates!

Allen’s provides exceptional service, with friendly, knowledgeable technicians. Austin and his team are fast and accurate, and have taken wonderful care of my all my commercial needs. 10/10 would recommend 10 times over!

This is a high quality company with high quality work. They have worked in our house from plumbing to gas lines to electric and heat and air. We have never been disappointed. They may have higher prices but remember you get what you pay for. Thank you Allen's for being such a longstanding family company in Amarillo.

Good company and excellent service but there employees talk on phones when driving and doesn't pay attention to other drivers they think they own the road
